凱瑟琳·羅伯茨·馬赫（Katherine Roberts Maher，1983年4月18日—）是維基媒體基金會的執行董事。她自2014年4月起擔任首席通訊官，[1]於2016年6月23日就任執行董事。[2]她曾任職於世界銀行、聯合國兒童基金會和AccessNow.org的宣傳部部長。

教育背景

馬赫曾在2002年至2003年間在美國大學開羅分校阿拉伯語語言學院接受教育，在2003年至2005年期間，她就讀於紐約大學藝術與科學學院並取得大學本科學位。[3]

事業經歷

馬赫自2014年4月起擔任基金會首席通訊官，2016年3月起擔任維基媒體基金會的執行董事（代理董事），於2016年6月被任命為正式執行董事。[1]曾任職於世界銀行，聯合國兒童基金會和 AccessNow.org的宣傳部部長。[4][1][5]

在世界銀行任職期間，馬赫擔任促進國際發展和民主化的技術顧問，發展信息及通信技術的問責與管理機制，注重於手機等設備在中東及非洲等地促進民間社會和體制改革方面的作用。[6][7]她於2012年在世界銀行出版的「使政府移動化」中合著了一個關於「信息交流的發展：移動設備利用最大化」的章節。[8]
