I bought a bracelet from the shop (when on holiday in Annecy) with money given to me by my children. Unfortunately, I snapped it. It was very sentimental and I was really upset. I found the shop online and was delighted to see I could still buy one to replace the one I broke. The website is great and the delivery was prompt. So pleased, thank you!!

I love this store. Their jewelry are so delicate and dainty. It is very hard to choose from their selection. I ordered online and everything thing came as expected with the exception of the ring size. I wanted it for my ring finger and used their method of measurement, however it was way too big. Thankfully I could make it work using my index finger instead. I look forward to shop here again next time I’m in France!

My husband bought me some jewelry from this store as a gift, when he was visiting Paris. The first time I wore the 3 earrings, my ears had a bad reaction and began to bleed. I sent customer service an email with lots of pictures of my ears and earrings with blood and they answered back with "it has been more than 30 days since purchase and you wore them so you get no return". That WAS the issue, wearing them and having a bad reaction to them. Spent over 150€ and have nothing to show for it that I can use. Very poor customer care and concern once they have your money.

The bracelet I ordered is beautiful but delivery was the worst experience I've had with an online shop. It was for my mother's birthday and I paid 10 euro extra to get it delivered within 2 days. Then, on the day of delivery, the company wrote to me that there was a problem and they will deliver it tomorrow. My mother waited for them whole day tomorrow and no one came. Then three days later, they came when she was not at home, didn't place the parcel on the designated place where all other couriers leave parcels if you are away, but took it to their pick-up point which was far and absolutely inconvenient for my mother to go there. In conclusion, I paid 10 euro extra for the quick delivery on your website and then what we received was the slowest delivery ever.

The customer service at Atelier-Amaya is excellent, both in the stores and online. The products are beautiful. My only complaint is that when viewing products online, they always appear larger. I have ordered earrings that I thought were a good size, only to find that they are so tiny it is hard to put them on. I love the charms for the necklaces, but they are tiny as well - to the point where no one can see what you are wearing!
