Working with clients to design solutions to address their challenges and transform the lives of patients brings me joy professionally. I try to take a different approach each time; no two problems are the same, so no two solutions should be either. I feel so lucky to work with such a clever bunch of people. At Lucid, we say we’re driven by curiosity – I really feel that in the work that we do together. That drive to find out more and make something better is what gets me up in the morning. Having returned to work from a year’s maternity leave; the term ‘matrescence’ is used to describe the transition into motherhood, and I think there needs to be another word to describe the transition back to work after having a baby! I feel like a totally different person now. I think I often come across as confident, but I don’t always feel that way. Everyone is so generous with their time and energy, I’m so grateful for the support of my colleagues – within team and across Lucid – in helping me navigate this experience." #lucidlife #lucidspotlight

As our Summer Internship at DiD came to a close last week, Anna Rodebaugh shares her reflections on her experiences: "I've enjoyed the dynamic and collaborative environment at Lucid, which fosters both personal and professional growth. Working across departments broadened my industry knowledge and helped me build strong relationships. The supportive culture at DiD, combined with the opportunity to engage with diverse projects that value creativity and innovation, made every day exciting and rewarding. A surprising fact about me is that I've been passionate about the game of softball since I was five, playing every position on the field, but ultimately dedicated myself to becoming a pitcher, where I could truly express my love for the sport and contribute to my team's success." #lucidspotlight #lucidlife

Kayla Alves "Endpoint Support Specialist at DiD", shares her reflections on life at Lucid and what she enjoys about her role: "What I cherish most about my role as an Endpoint Support Specialist at Lucid is the chance to engage with a diverse range of people, from our internal teams to our clients. Whether it's resolving simple Wi-Fi connection issues or tackling complex blue-screen errors, each new ticket and incident offers a valuable opportunity to expand my IT knowledge and skills.   A surprising fact about me is my love for reading, especially physical books. They provide a delightful escape from the tech world. Some of my favorite series include 'Six of Crows' by Leigh Bardugo and 'A Court of Thorns and Roses' by Sarah J. Maas. I highly recommend them! Reading has been a cherished part of my life since childhood, and it's wonderful to continue this passion into adulthood." #lucidlife #lucidspotlight
