Kieran McKenna is a Northern Irish professional football manager and former player. Born on May 14, 1986, in London, he was raised in the Irish county of Fermanagh. As a youth player, McKenna represented Northern Ireland at both under-19 and under-21 levels. His playing career was cut short due to a hip injury, but he transitioned into coaching. He worked with Tottenham Hotspur¿s youth teams before joining Manchester United¿s academy set-up. In 2021, he became the manager of Ipswich Town. McKenna won promotion with Ipswich Town during the 2023/24 season to take the Tractor Boys to the Premier League for the first time in 22 years.
