We used Tiqets to attend a Mozart Concert

We used Tiqets to attend a Mozart concert at the Musikverein Venue in Vienna. It was a smooth and easy process. I downloaded the app, and it helpfully sent me a reminder shortly before the event. It also sent me to the tickets on my phone, making the process easy.

The concert exceeded all our expectations. The musicians were truly gifted. There was a surprise inclusion of several movements from a couple of flute concertos, which excited me as I play the instrument. The flutist performed impeccably. Seats were good. Acoustics were excellent. I had a knee injury, so they directed me to the elevator which was nice.

Worthwhile visit to Titanic

Excellently laid out inventive and wholly captivating story telling. No matter what you think you know this evoquation of events, From planning and building the ship, Belfast and life in general at that time through to her refurbishment, passengers, the voyage and it’s terrible ending, there is still so much to learn. Every care though has been made to ensure that ultimately you mourn the loss of so many, whilst marvelling at the efforts to build her, recover those lost and eventually find the ship. It is a very moving experience.

All worked well with the Essentials Pass

We used the Essentials Pass (with a Public Transport Card) and all worked as described. We could download the audio guides in advance of our stay (1 download each). We went to the Terminal 2 railway station for our travel pass however you have to go down to the metro on a lower floor to print out our transport cards (some more pre-information would be helpful). The timed fast track entry to Park Güell and Sagrada Familia all worked well (and saved lots of time).

Wonderful guide

The guide for the Colosseum was incredibly knowledgeable. She was also very sensitive to everybody in the group as we had some that were a little bit slower. 3 1/2 hours is a very long tour so I would suggest very comfortable shoes and sunscreen. Terrific experience.

Guaranteed access and no long queues

Good combination ticket for the cathedral and the Reales Alcázares of Seville + city guide app! Solid information that was completely correct and everything went smoothly! Handy to avoid waiting in queue for a long time and to be sure of your access!

Two great trips in Rome!

Booked twice with Tiqets. No cancellations or double bookings unlike other companies! Coliseum on the 21st, Vatican City on the 22nd. Great tour guide, Anuncianata for the colosseum, self guided Vatican. Highly recommend.

Tiqets in Paris and Barcelona

Have used Tiqets in Paris and in Barcelona, both experiences were top-notch. Easy to get tickets when other online systems were either booked up or choked with sales pitches. Activating the tickets was trivial ly easy. No tech hiccups, no hassles from operators. Only suggestion I might make is to make it easier to actually find the guide(s) when a tour is the activity.

Wnderful site, overpriced tour

The gallery Borghese is a wonderful place, but the tour was not at the same level. We were promised a tour of 2 hours and we were at the gallery hardly an hour nd a half/ The guide was too chatty about irrelevant issues, although clearly knowlegable. We could only find tours at 95 Euro per person which is way too expensive!

Nathan was fabulous

Nathan was fabulous, not only sharing his knowledge of photography but showing us the best places for pictures. Cinque Terre was absolutely beautiful and a must for travelers in that region.

Early morning tour Vatican, Sistine Chapel

Just went on the early morning tour of Vatican museum, Sistine Chapel and St Peters Basilica with Barbara. She is so enthusiastic and it showed with her tour. One of the best tour guides I've ever had. Highly recommend. Very organized, on time. Wear comfy shoes.

The tour was ok

The tour was a little boring. More interesting information could have been provided, and definitely delete the repeated section! I bought 48 hours and after the first round trip, I wasn’t really interested to hop on hop off. Also, not your fault, but the red route didn’t operate on one of the days because of the marathon. So I really didn’t get value for money.

Great Fado show

Great Fado show in a small but cozy and intimate place. The first part of the show was performed by a group formed by University students (very professional), and the second part was performed by a professional singer and two great musicians. 100% recommended!

Booking issue

We were travelling to Florence and advised to book in advance for both il Duomo and for the Uffizi… we were obliged to buy a combined ticket including a ticket for a second gallery but…. There were no slots available on any of the dates that we were there for the other gallery. The website would not allow us to skip booking for the other gallery and so we had to pick a slot after we had left! In all probability someone missed visiting because we had been required to book a slot regardless… in fact that may be why we couldn’t get a booking at a time when we were there.

The audio guide would not load

The audio guide would not load. Despite 3 very tech savvy people, it was impossible to access. Therefore, not only did we waste our money on this guide, it also impacted our enjoyment of the Campanile as we were lacking all the relevant information. Very disappointing indeed.
