Non-existent professionalism

Non-existent professionalism. Purchased on the site payment in advance, waited several days and never arrived.
I contacted them numerous times and they never responded.
I asked for refund from PayPal after 3 weeks.

Absolutely disgusting service

Absolutely disgusting service. Placed 2 orders In JANUARY and emailed to cancel. No replies, nothing whatsoever! Then a randomly email to say delivery has been made in 2 months later, but NO delivery?!

A basic requirement of any retailer is…

A basic requirement of any retailer is to supply the customer order in full which has been paid for in good faith. yet having paid for two items only one is sent, as with other reviewers emails go unanswered seemingly a pattern of not full filling an order is the norm yet takes the full money regardless. I cannot recommend Tayroc as a trusted retailer

Waiting for my order

I placed an order for a watch on Sunday, 21st January 2024 at 7:44 PM (GMT+4). However, I have not received any communication regarding the status of my order and the watch has not been delivered. Despite sending multiple emails to Tayroc and reaching out on their LinkedIn account, I have not received any response.

Disappointing Customer Service

I purchased a Lucky Dip box of four gents watches as Christmas presents. Three were fine but one had a faulty winder which pulls off when trying to set the correct time.
I notified customer services on the 29th December requesting a replacement and a photograph was sent as proof.
Following a couple of "we're looking into it" emails, customer services have failed to even respond to a number of emails since and as at the 21st February, I still have a faulty watch. I've tried phoning customer services but the number I found via the internet is permanently engaged. I have bought several watches from Tayroc over the years without issue so this experience is very disappointing and I currently have a son-in-law who hasn't got a Christmas present that's fit for purpose! I'm embarrassed and very disappointed by the whole experience.

Not pleased with the service

I am truly pleased with the watch I got for my girlfriend. However, I had bought two of them and only received one. I have tried numerous times to contact you to confirm whether two were sent but I haven’t gotten any response. Happy to change my review once my issue is sorted.

Tayroc Capri Sunglasses…

Recently bought some Tayroc Capri sunglasses. The ordering was straightforward & once purchased I was prompted to download an app to show tracking. This was also easy to use & kept me updated regularly. Received the glasses promptly. They look & feel excellent quality. Very pleased!

Still waiting for my order after a week…

Still waiting for my order after a week when i paid for 24 hour delivery. Tried to contact support multiple times and have been ignored each time. Terrible customer service, I wouldn’t use them again and looking at the recent reviews, it is not only me that has experienced this.

Excellent watches, brilliant support

From start to finish, the Tayroc team were fantastic!

I found Tayroc recently after a friend showed me their new Belton - my new favourite.

Checkout was easy, shipping was rapid and I had a few questions about maintenance and care which were answered within a day by the support - all in all, a great experience and a class watch!

Not a fan ANYMORE

I loved Tayroc, literally one of my favorite brands. Until me and a friend placed a new order on November 9th 2023, which we got on December 6th. But, it was only half of the order..

After a lot of mailing contact we finally received the second part a month later. But I had to pay €12 for importing fees again, because of Tayroc’s mistake for not shipping everything directly. We reached out to Tayroc for paying this importing fee because it was obviously their mistake. Of course Tayroc wanted to pay it, but I never got it or heard anything from the people of Tayroc.

I know €12 is not a lot of money for most people but come on, €12 is definitely not a lot of money for a company right?! It began to form a matter of principle. Again, some mails later and still never got the money, even after a promise from Michael from the customer service of Tayroc. As I said before, my friend and I loved Tayroc with ordering more than 20 items. But we are not doing that again, that’s for sure!

I gave an extra star for the good history, in which the customer service was way better.

After purchasing my watch that I absolutely loved, the strap unfortunately broke. I contacted Tayroc and after speaking to Jason Peplow he helped me so much by always keeping in contact and keeping me up to date. I was offered an exchange or Refund due to watch being out of stock. I opted for refund as I only wanted that watch and was refunded straight away back to PayPal. I will certainly be ordering again, my brother also has purchased 2 watches from Tayroc. Great service amazing watches. Dan (Essex)

Very Nice Watch

Fair price for quality, uncomplicated purchase + discount, common practice and polite customer service, quick response, the watch arrived within the designated 3/10 days time frame. The only thing that bothers me besides the fact that their chanels aren't working 100% is that even with all the 3 tracking codes from 3 different companies I got from Tayroc I couldn't track my order... I put enough trust in their service and all went well but it is just upsetting. Long story short I got the watch on the 24th in time for Xmas :)
