It's, Sunday, Internet down, so no PC or TV available. Tried to contact to report, no support on a Sunday.
This was NOT the sales pitch I received ( 24 hrs support + 7 days a week), didn't necessarily expect a person, as techbots can be helpful, not even that !!! RUBBISH. Having had a reply I have checked my initial paperwork and there is NO mention of charge. The person responding, was not the salesman who came to my door, consequently he cannot state what was offered, so maybe a little more training needed there. Have received a phonecall, but has not
made a difference. Still no Internet. Have asked for a copy of my contract. Still would not recommend, in fact, have had so many problems in the first 7 months, may well be taking to OFCOM
