Open Fibres customer service has been a breathe of fresh air, easily contactable, super helpful.
Install was on time and seamless and the connectivity in my house has scored me serious brownie points with the family who game, stream and generally use a great deal of WiFi!

Fantastic Service!

Moved to Open Fibre this month from my previous provider and what a difference! Speeds are brilliant and the staff have been wonderful throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend!

Out of business hours support saved my night!

I had an issue with my router the other night, thank god I opted for the 24x7 support, I phoned their call centre, the guy oin the phone used the camera on my mobile to help me diagnose and repair the fault, at 10pm on a friday night! Incredible service from Justin - thank you!

Would like to give 10 stars

We have been with Open Fibre for two months. Already we can see an improvement in our broadband, don't get drop outs like we did with KCOM. The price is so much cheaper and it's nice to have a little bit extra every month.

Go elsewhere!!

It's, Sunday, Internet down, so no PC or TV available. Tried to contact to report, no support on a Sunday.
This was NOT the sales pitch I received ( 24 hrs support + 7 days a week), didn't necessarily expect a person, as techbots can be helpful, not even that !!! RUBBISH. Having had a reply I have checked my initial paperwork and there is NO mention of charge. The person responding, was not the salesman who came to my door, consequently he cannot state what was offered, so maybe a little more training needed there. Have received a phonecall, but has not
made a difference. Still no Internet. Have asked for a copy of my contract. Still would not recommend, in fact, have had so many problems in the first 7 months, may well be taking to OFCOM

Hi Janet, our 24x7 support is available for an additional £1.95 per month, we are very clear about this in all sales, im sorry you are having an issue, as you mention you spoke with an engineer yesterday, sadly this is a network issue and has been reported to MS3 and should be rectified today, unfortunately this this is out of our control, hence why it couldnt be fixed yesterday. We will email you a copy of your contract and of course help with any OFCOM report.

Broadband is brilliant

So happy we made the move to Open Fibre, our TV doesn't buffer anymore when watching films or football and wifi around the house has improved. Highly recommend.

SHOCKING

To much to list about how bad this company is, please please please avoid
can`t wait for my contract to end.
was told i would get a months free internet after i went for over a month without, when Emailng Open Fibre got a reply after a month but still had to remind them,
proof of this is available.

They are a 5 star company

Changed from KC to Open Fibre as it was half the price I was paying . The changeover was excellent , everything went smoothly, all guys were great and friendly, especially WiFi Luke .
No issues with anything , I’m so happy as I now have internet in my garden .. would definitely recommend 😊

Struggled for years with very slow…

Struggled for years with very slow internet speed at home. Unable to change because certain company has monopoly. Until I met WIFi Luke. What a guy. Now. My business and property are running over 500mbs upload and down load. So fast.
Thanks WiFi Luke for saving the day!

Service greate

Service greate. Was some confusion between the the installers and the positioning but WiFi luke was on the phone constantly and got it sorted out very rapid. Great service and big thanks to Luke

JOKE OF A COMPANY

Very slow to respond to emails/don't respond at all. Outsourced their phone calls to home telecom which customers weren't informed about. Home telecom were useless because they said they needed to email open fibre for more details, so what's the point?

I emailed a chap at open fibre and said I needed ringing directly and even then, I was told he needed to get my details from another department. So everything takes so long, is so frustrating and stressful. It's all an absolute mess so don't even consider joining if you value being able to receive adequate and quick customer service .

One person told me my contract expires May 10th, and another told me June 20th. I signed up for 12 months and someone told me I was in a 24 month contract. Complete utter shambles and disgrace.

We made the switch last year

We made the switch last year, we've found open fibre much better than KCOM. We had an issue a few weeks ago, I have to say the call centre we were less than impressed with but we contacted open fibre directly and Luke was great and sorted the issue quickly. So overall so far so good 👍

Open Fibre does what it says!

Recently all my street was dug up to install fibre optic cables so wanting to avail myself of the latest technology I contacted Open Fibres Wi-Fi Luke as I had heard good reports about him and I haven’t been disappointed! Installation was virtually next day by Luke himself and have had no issues since. Well done one and all.

Resolved issues. Great speeds.

Engineer arrived and router arrived on agreed date. All ran smoothly and instantly had a great connection with fantastic speeds. The next day however we ran into some problems with the connection. It kept cutting out and lights were flashing. More engineers were sent out and the box was changed. We initially still had a couple of issues but between the help desk, engineers and MS3 they resolved our issues and everything has been great since. Really helpful and clearly care about their customers. Review based on the fact they resolved issues and despite initial hiccup, we're now receiving a great service.

Had open fibre fitted in December wifi…

Had open fibre fitted in December wifi luke came and finished the instal, which has performed faultlessly and better speeds than kcom.
Only issue is reaching the back bedroom due to design of house (had same issue with kcom). WiFi luke is on the case and sorting it for me. Excellent service, excellent support and will highly recommend to everyone 👍

First class service

The guys at Open Fibre, especially Aly and WiFi Luke have been brilliant. My new service went live yesterday and after a delay on the part of the cable installers, Aly chased them up and ensured things went through smoothly. Luke followed up with a call to me today to ensure I was online and everything working as expected. He's also looking into a query I have around WiFi 6 compatibility. Can't fault the team at Open Fibre and so nice to deal with following the impersonal service from a major UK provider that I was with previously.

I left Kcom and went with open fibre 4…

I left Kcom and went with open fibre 4 months ago now, and I have to say what an easy experience it was to switch. The service I received was fantastic, I haven’t had any issues with the internet, it’s fast and reliable and much better value for money! Thankyou so much
