Delivery problems and poor customer service

Hello, I have placed an order and there is an issue with delivery. In addition I am unable to get any reply from the customer service team after multiple attempts. It is difficult to determine if this order will ever be delivered.

Great product, not so smooth delivery

The blanket itself is super nice, Im very happy with the purchase.
There were a few hiccups with the delivery though, so it took longer than expected, but the support team was very nice and patiently talked to me every day and updated me on the status.

- I would rate 4.5 but it’s not possible so I went with 5. I think a rating of 4 seems to be a little unfair :)

Let me elaborate on the points above.

First of all, about delivery time. It roughly took a week for the order to be delivered to my house. I was ok with it because I ordered during the holiday season so I knew the orders wouldn’t get processed as fast as I wanted to. In general, all the steps is professionally done, information is communicated clearly. After the order was placed I got a confirmation email. After the package was sent I got a tracking number. Their blankets are made in Poland and would be sent directly from those factories so depends on where you are the delivery time will vary. As long as you don’t expect to order at 23:59 PM and get your blankets tomorrow afternoon then I don’t think there’s anything to complain here.

Next, let’s talk about the return process (this may be different for you or depends on where you live). I once ordered some blankets but decided to return them. If I remember correctly, it was something about the size or the weight of the blankets, (we’re happy about the quality, more on that later). I sent a few messages on WhatsApp, they replied promptly, even during the weekend. I didn’t expect that. They sent me a return label, I print it out and drop it at the post office. Everything was fast and painless. I read some other comments complaining about customer service and just couldn’t understand. Gravity’s customer service was one of the most responsive that I have ever seen. They replied promptly, they replied in the evening, and also during the weekends. They handled my requests fast. They were polite. I ordered via Klarna and they updated the order accordingly. I mean, it’s everything you could ask for in CS.

Last but not least, about the product itself, I really like the fur-like softness of the fabric. I have a rather sensitive skin and sometimes I will have allergy with rough or hard fabric. But not with Gravity blanket’s fabric. Another thing that I really like about the product is how you can easily remove the blanket from the cover. They have 4 zip lines on all 4 sizes, just unzip them and the two would be separated. This make removing the cover to wash and then re-attach them together much easier. It also keeps things in place, the blanket is always flat, it doesn’t get “condensed” to a corner like a normal one. The only thing I may complain about is the zip line on the cover (not the 4 lines inside), sometimes it doesn’t stay in place, If I pulled a little too hard on the wrong spot it would open. It doesn’t happen often so not a deal breaker for me.

So there you have it. I think Gravity does offer decent products with good customer services. Price wise, the products provide good value and seem to last with proper care. So I would definitely recommend them.
