As part of our commitment to growth and strengthening our market presence, we are seeking an experienced and ambitious Head of Operations who will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of the company’s strategy, ensuring maximum efficiency and successful collaboration for our clients and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Participation in the development and implementation of a strategy for promoting the products and services of the advertising network;
- Managing sales, marketing, and finance departments;
- Identifying new opportunities for business development, conducting negotiations, and closing deals.;
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in teaser advertising networks;
- Knowledge of advertising technologies, digital marketing, and trends in the advertising industry;
- Experience in conducting commercial negotiations and closing successful deals;
- Leadership skills and experience in team management;
- Analytical abilities and the ability to work with data to identify growth opportunities;
- Strong communication skills, resilience, and a high motivation to achieve goals.
