You can sign out or remove an account from YouTube on your TV or game console, regardless of whether you have the device or you’re making changes remotely.
If you have the device
To sign out:
- Open the YouTube app on your TV.
- Select the left menu.
- Select your profile picture to open the accounts page.
- Select your account from the list and click Sign out.
To remove your account from the account settings page:
- Open the YouTube app on your TV.
- Select the left menu.
- Select your account icon to open the accounts page.
- Select your account from the list and click Remove Account.

To switch accounts:
- Select any account that’s signed in.
- Add a new account.
- Use guest mode.
- Select a YouTube Kids profile to go to YouTube Kids.
If you no longer have the device, or would like to sign out remotely
- Open https://myaccount.google.com/device-activity on any device.
- Select the device that you’d like to sign out of.
- Select Sign out.
You can also remove YouTube on TV access for a Google Account by opening https://myaccount.google.com/permissions select YouTube on TV
Remove Access.
Note: Removing access will sign you out of any device using the YouTube on TV app with that account.
