Manage users in CSS Insights

CSS Insights LogoNote: CSS Insights is only available in English.

In order to manage users in CSS Insights, you must have owner access. If you’re not listed as an owner for a CSS in the CSS Insights tool, then ask someone who does have owner access to this CSS to add you as an owner. If you can't reach this person and need owner access, fill out the CSS Insights access request form to request owner access.

There are two types of users:

Reader or Writer User has read-only access and can’t provide access to other members of the CSS.
Owner User can add additional users as owners or as readers. Only users with owner access can change the permissions of a CSS Insights account to add other users.
Note: Users need access to the associated Google Ads accounts to view the data in CSS Insights.
