Make it so you can choose the destination of the demos in settings.
All you need to do is uncheck "write" and hit OK, Repeat the same steps for the other user profiles ( your name + your name ( administrator ) + SYSTEM )
This is all I needed to do to allow write access again to the directory.
Also I can´t reenable it, because the Box is grayed out. I am not able to uncheck it for any users....
How did Void miss this. They should have let players turn off replays from the beginning to help players on older hardware. I'm on a 2070S which should be more than capable of running this game.
How would you know you want to record before you even do anything worth recording.
"Ah, starting the map. I can feel the magic now. I better hit record."
"Drat! Another dud. I'll get you next time interesting moment I swear!"
*100 GB of space later and manually clicking record before starting*
"I wish I could stop clicking this."
Eh. Post mission save button, or delete the temp recording if not clicked.
Feel like all of you are blocking access to the entire RoN folder or the read/write/create for the replay directory failing is causing any other initialization ccde after it to be skipped because it's not sure what to do and the devs never properly handled it. 50/50 knowing people.
Should be able to uncheck in the same way you check the box, It's the same process all the same.
I had them disabled, Saw a performance improvement but I like to watch them to see where I went wrong on a run.
