The checkout process was easy

The checkout process was easy. It’s my first time and I am hoping to receive my course and enjoy it. Thank you reed.co.uk to make it accessible at a low cost.

Also, a suggestion if the course providers could provide a masterclass (course outline, benefits, certificate validity, course validity would be great. Though course descriptions are great and highly grateful to them, just a way of knowing who it is we getting the course from).

(Apologies for that… I gave 5 star rating, guess others didn’t press & I overlooked before sending it.)

I enjoyed the audio learning version

I enjoyed the learning for the fact that it's an audio version and that I could come back to the course and continue where I stopped, considering my job. I give it kudos!!

Simple course, simple refresher

Simple course. Simple information.
Easy to use, entry level content, in my estimation it's lower level than level 3 due to it being an online course and ease of passing the "assement" if it can be called as that. Each user will get out as much from it as they are willing but don't expect anything grand when comparing to a proper level education.

I applied some time ago for the…

I applied some time ago for the Planning Executive position which Reed had open and I had a lovely telephone interview but this time, I wasn’t even looked at for a face to face interview.
Reed should be open and give everyone a chance. How am I meant to gain experience if they won’t give me a chance?
I’m guessing it’s my age…I’m 37 now so I’m assuming that they think my age disqualifies me as there are younger candidates FRESH out of College and/ or University.

I would have given no stars if that…

I would have given no stars if that were possible. I looked at current job vacancies on Reed this afternoon and applied to a particular recruitment agency for a position which was on the Reed website. I have just been informed by the agency that the job is no longer available and the position already filled. Why is it still up on the Reed website? This happens so many times. I will not bother visiting the Reed website again. Total waste of time.

Booked a training course the provider refused a refund after not providing the service paid for. The training course website is a scam

Reed restored my self confidence

I just started using Reed to apply for jobs less than a month ago and I already have 3 interviews lined up to attend. Other job sites I had been using made me feel invisible and self doubt began to creep in. Thanks Reed, even if I don't get any of the 3 jobs, which is impossible, at least I am now assured that I am not invisible!

REED IS A GREAT PLACE TO START

After I submitted my CV, Sam, a team member, reached out to me. They followed through until I received the job offer. What amazed me the most was that after I got the role, they reached out again to check in and find out how I was enjoying the new position.
