Denn früher dauerten die Werbung 19 Sekunden, beim günstigsten Abo nun zwischen 60-90 Sekunden. Ekel! 1 ⭐ Star! Because previously the ads lasted 19 seconds with the cheapest Abo now between 60-90 seconds. Disgusting! 1 ⭐ Звезда! Потому что раньше реклама длилась 19 секунд, а у самого дешевого Abo теперь 60-90 секунд. Отвращение!

Netflix decided to switch off devices…

Netflix now decided to switch off their services (if one can call it service) to some "older" devices - apparently they are not compatible.. well we have a 6 month old projector magcubic that worked well since May untill now with netflix and is suddenly defunct unless i buy a tv stick.. magcubic says fault is from netflix even though they advertised it to work for thier projector. netflix, well i assume Netflix dont care about anybody.. so now one wants to save the planet but has to buy a new tv every few years to keep up with Netflix demands.. makes cents doesent it?

Repeatedly charged twice for account

Never had any issues with Netflix until I linked my account with Sky back on May 2023. However my Netflix payments continued, I queried this with Netflix who fobbed me off and said there's no record of my account being linked to Sky, despite me watching netflix on Sky! I contacted Netflix a number of times and every time they basically said it's not they're problem. 16 months of paying double and refused any kind of refund, that's my subscription cancelled and I won't be going back. Terrible company with the most pointless customer services.

Scam! Extra member invitation follows £4.99 charge

They sent from no where an invitation for extra member without hidding the cost! Apperantly I accept it thinking free of charge - which I don't need it at all-
No confirmation email to follow or reminder of it after that..
Until today, I noticed on my bank account extra £4.99 charge from Netflix! Really!

How to Drive Away old Customers

For 10 years, I was a very satisfied Netflix customer, although my kids probably watched it more than I did. I opted for a plan with two streams. Whether on vacation, on the go, or at our various homes, Netflix was always with us. To be fair, I even convinced my own mother to get her own account.

Then, two weeks ago, Netflix informed me via my iPad at home, connected to my own Wi-Fi, that I wasn’t in my home network and needed to request permission to use Netflix temporarily for two weeks on my iPad. That felt unnecessarily unfriendly and unprofessional to me.

With services like Apple or YouTube, family sharing works seamlessly, and they don't care whether I’m at home or not. But for Netflix to fail at recognizing my home after 10 years? That’s just amateurish. It seems they no longer care about individual customers. Well, good luck without me – I certainly won’t be recommending this service to anyone anymore.

Why we love to hate streaming

Why we love to hate streaming. With the rise of streaming movies legally Netflix came along. From the new movies to the classic ones in adult filter or kids filter. But, in an limited edition so you have to keep your old DVD, NTSC whatever mall bought media because of removal and region filters and no commentary tracks or commentary subtitles.

Everything I watch is made for multiple languages and these are filmed in Europe and made for their market. Their stunts are laughable. Please make American made films a priority for American audiences.

Thanks Netflix for proving yet another corporate GREED company! Separating the rich with the can’t have shouldn’t have poor! As we see everywhere in the great USofA. If you can afford the higher price you get rewarded for people who don’t live with you (your college students).
Every year the working class gets screwed and were the backs that you fortunate are counting on to keep you and yours wealthy!

Netflix employee trying to hack me

Since signing up for Netflix you have tried to have my email EVERY SINGLE Day since July. Whoever is working at Netflix that is doing this, congrats on being an incredibly bad person? I added the question mark.

How do I know it's a Netflix employee? Oh that's because someone would log into my account, watch random things on the profiles and then change two profile names to

1. Nig*ga in paris
2. Nig*ga in London

And then they try to gain access to that email account but the passwords weren't the same, were they? Lol.

Sorry but this company has become a joke with prices, the streaming quality is poor and they expect 17.99 a month 🤣 you have to be a utter moron to pay them ridiculous prices.

Better off without at this point

I’m extremely disappointed with Netflix’s recent changes. Once upon a time, Netflix was much better. Now, it’s a shadow of what it used to be – with many shows getting cancelled, limited movie and series options, and endless ads. But the biggest letdown? You can't even stream content if you're outside the country your profile is set to.

Traveling used to be easy with Netflix – you could stream, download, and watch your favorite shows on the go. Now, even the download button is practically useless, as content disappears when you’re in another country.

The inconvenience of being unable to watch a show just because ads aren’t available in your current location is ridiculous.

If you stay in another country for over 25 days, you’re out of luck unless you go through the hassle of changing your profile country, which takes time. It’s just not the service it once was, and even Prime Video offers a better experience.

At this point, Netflix is getting outdated, and for what they're charging, it’s simply not worth it. I’m canceling my subscription.

Perfectly happy with the site until…

Perfectly happy with the site until they removed my only way of viewing and storing content offline. Three years+ paying for and downloading content to a laptop for offline viewing and all of a sudden - BOOM! nothing.

And what really rankles me, to be told by customer service that I can still download to a phone to view (what am I? 12 ffs)

Stop auto recommendation trailers

Netflix have introduced a new "check out these recommendations" trailers that automatically start playing at the end of a movie/series that you're watching. But if like me you watch a movie every night by your bed and normally fall asleep the trailers will keep playing and never stop. This shouldn't be happening, if you're playing a title on phone data and fall asleep then you've just lost all your data on these stupid trailers that you don't want to see. There isn't even an option to turn this setting off!!

NETFLIX get rid of these trailers/recommendations at the end of a movie please!!

Privacy scare and Chat bots good

Throughout my 5 year journey with Netflix, it was very enjoyable with the huge collection of movies they provided and recommended. However, I have only now fully understood just how much information Netflix has got on me since it somehow recommends the perfect movie almost every time. The possibility that the information can go to third party sources scares me.

I also still rate this 4 stars because the chatbots were very useful when I had small problems. If I ever had a large problem, I would have someone from the Netflix Support team help me.

love netflix content hate what its…

love netflix content hate what its become. i no longer can log in by switching profiles at my sisters, my mothers and my fathers. even if your paying the new extra member fees you have to log in as a extra member to a completely different account. absolutly sucks. ill be with netflix till next pay increase then im gone. its simple to much hastle to have to log in at every adress. and yes i am a premium holder and have been since the start.

Risible lack of concern for customer experience

Netflix abruptly changed my plan without my consent; the new plan was one which doesn't even function in the country where I live. This, I gather, is part of the drive to introduce a premium subscription, limiting quality and adding intrusive advertising to the experiences of those who refuse to pay the new increased price.

Attempts to secure a refund for the non-consensual change, or even to gain access to a plan I could actually use, were met with diversion and obstruction from Netflix staff who ignored the content of my communications, were rude and dismissive, and transparently and repeatedly lied to me.
