No Item Delivered, Weeks of Waiting

I ordered a pair of glasses but received the wrong item. The investigation has been going on for weeks, and I keep getting the runaround. I hope it gets resolved soon, but it's already been dragging on for far too long. Overall, it's a very frustrating experience.

Still waiting for a refund

Ordered some men’s shoes on 8 August when received theiy were not as advertised they didn’t have Dainite soles as in the description. We were promised a refund, several emails later they have taken out the 2nd £73 payment from PayPal and still no refund or communication. AVOID this company. Please respond to my emails as to where our refund is, please.

Received the wrong size of the shirt

Received the wrong size of the shirt. After lack of communication I finally received the retourlabel. I shipped the shirt back but afterwards they declined my shirt and told me I wore it and they found it suspicious that I didnt contact them immediately but after 3 days. I Never ever wore the shirt who is 2 sizes smaller than what I normally wear. Basically when you buy something and they dont have your size. They’ll send you a smaller one which is probably hard to sell for them. Just to get rid of it. And they’ll tell you that its unrefundable. They are basically scamming in my opinion.

Our partner boutiques take great care to ensure that items are sent to customers in perfect condition, and they expect the same care in return. According to the EU directive on consumer rights and our Terms & Conditions, customers are required to return the items in their original condition. When purchasing on our website, you agree to these terms and commit to returning the item in the same condition as received. Even during the try-on, customers are required to handle the item with utmost care.

We understand that this may be disappointing to hear, but we need to uphold the quality standards set by our partner boutiques. We are here to assist you and address any further questions or concerns you may have.

SUPER bad service & scammers

SUPER bad service i orderd some jeans back in may, we are in august now and they are still “investigating” my case with their shipping provider. The last mail i got was on 23-07-2024 saying that they are bussy with my case and they will get back to met with more information in 3-4 business days, its 13-08-2024 and still heard nothing from them. DON’T ORDER ON MIINTO their service is oh so bad.

Don't trust UGG info they make other sellers look bad

Everything was very decent from Miinto service, the disappointment was UGG give the wrong information to the seller. They claim sheepskin and sheewool, on UGG classic short ll boots but it came with synthetic inline so I had to return them.
Waiting for my refund...

I ordered a cap from Ganni

I ordered a cap from Ganni, I received it but noticed it was dirty.. it had make-up on it, while the tags were still on. I messaged the customer service, after a while they told me to return it. Return process is not clear, I tried to return but the URL did not recognize/find the order; had to contact the customer service again, but waiting ever since for a message back with proper instructions!? This is bad service...!!

Great customer care & support

I made an order with a discount code. Somehow the code was removed and I was charged the full amount. I asked to cancel the order and they handled the issue swift & professionaly. Kornel (the agent) was friendly, empathic and well communicated during our e-mail conversation. Never had any issues with previous orders or returns either.

I placed 3 orders, all 3 went wrong

I have received a wrong item (similar but smaller and much cheaper bag). I have told them of the mistake and asked to make sure next order is right. Next order got cancelled and the one afterwards arrived wrong again. Waste of my time and all they could offer is 20% off next most likely wrong order. TBH, feels like fraud to receive each time smaller and cheaper product while you are re-assured it’s all checked and taken care of. Tomorrow i have to waste my time again to bring that package to the postoffice.

PLEASANTLY SURPRISED!

I am so satisfied with my experience ordering from Miinto! On their website I found a pair of shoes I have been looking for for years, very difficult to find because they were never listed on the original brand’s website, one would have had to go to Paris to physically find them. And not only were they on Miinto, they also had a big discount, and I got Premium next day international shipping for free! I was not familiar with Miinto so I hesitated to order, but after this experience I am extremely impressed and so so happy with my shoes 👍🏼

Fantastic

I bought a Burberry cap which is perfectly delivered, the cap was sealed in a plastic bag with the information brand lable. Fits comfortable and also adjustable in two sizes. This Burberry cap is worth any penny i spend on it and also looks really luxury too.!

I wanted to exchange a blazer with the same discount as my first order. At first it was a bit difficult, especially because the shop did not reply and also because the people from Miinto gave me wrong information on how to proceed, but Niels from Miinto made my day and was very helpful!

Good service, unfortunately wrong colour

Got free express delivery, which meant that a shipment from Naples arrived in Amsterdam the next day! I do like the coat I ordered, however the colour did not match the colour in the description. I would’ve appreciated a discount or ‘store credit’ of some sorts for this inconvenience.

Edit: after mij review Nick from Miinto contacted me and offered a good solution. Again, I’m very happy with their service.

Great customer service from Emilia

I've had contact with Emilia (conversation number 2180337) a customer success agent at Miinto. Because of a fault at my side I was waiting longer than usual for my refund. Emilia handled the whole case super quickly, friendly and professional and made sure to keep me in the loop every step of the way. In my experience such customer service is rare these days. Thanks for the great experience 10/10 would recommend!

Great service and delivery

Great service and delivery, and really nice selection at good prices.
Easy returns and return policy. Some items have a yellow tag to make sure that customers dont send back worn items. That is also a good guarantee that what you buy hasn't been worn and then returned.
I think it is fair to charge 3 euro per item for a return, other luxury websites charge 25 euro...

Contacted support by chat which resulted in free return of incorrectly received item. If correct item in stock, incorrect item will be exchanged and if not at stock it will result in a refund.

The sending a little bit late because of the new year eve but luckily I received my order on time. Customers service is easy and quick responding. In general Miinto have a great collection en the friendly price with extra discount. I love the product.

I ordered a few times at Miinto and I…

I ordered a few times at Miinto and I absolutely love their website and deals. Shipment takes around 1-5 Business days as most of the items I buy come from Italy/abroad.
However, Miinto can make a bit more effort about the productspecifications/information such as the sizes and which materials used.
For example I ordered a bag which is sold in a size small and large, but I didn't know which one i would get. I ordered it by gamble and turns out it was the right one i was eyeing.

Wrong description

I bought a jeans, which mentioned that was Bard, and in reality it was Nick Slim. I am returning the goods, very disappointed. However, I changed my rating again, after Robert, from Miinto, provided a super customer service, trying different ways to help me. In the end, he could not change the product, but I do recognize he has tried. Thank you

Contact after not receiving money back

I haven't got my money back after sending an item retour. Contacted the customer support which responded real quickly. The person from the customer support was really kind and helped me out in a fast pace. All in all... Miinto's customer service is really good!
