I regularly use Macdonalds in Ripley Derbys,.
Although the Drive Through can be a bit slow sometimes its worth the wait.
Three members of staff are worth mentioning for excellent service. These being Ruth, Keighly and Janet.

2 days ago we went to buy hamburgers with my whole family and the person who had to receive our order, saw us many times, but seemed to want to ignore us unpleasantly, then a member of my family tried to approach to speak to him directly and the person responded "ONE MOMENT PLEASE, NOW I WILL RECEIVE YOUR ORDERS"! but time passed, we waited more than 15 minutes, but meanwhile this horrible person seemed to receive other people's orders. We finally decided to go buy food elsewhere, but really wanted to make a fuss for disrespecting us like that!! One thing is for sure, we will not go back to that place as long as those kinds of employees work there!!! thanks for nothing!!!

This evening around 9.15pm I went to McDonald’s drive through in Charlton, SE London. I was served by Max/Matt and believe me when I say that even if the food was awful, which it wasn’t, it would have been worth it just to experience being served by such a polite, and attentive young man. I have never in my life experienced such customer care. He is a credit to their company. Manner and good character will take this young man places. Thank you Max/Matt today you’ve made life during this deadly pandemic a little brighter.

You are using unethical bullies to police our use of your carparks. These companies (MET Parking) are bullying your customers and abusing them verbally and through the post. Identifiable details of one of your other customers has been photographically shared with me! This company is making legal threats. Will never visit your Medway City Estate MacDonalds again

5/10 /19 Kettering (next to Aldi ) . friendly staff,new young girl came and ask if our meal was good. Although nervous she was polite and professional. Well done.

Fuming just been for a treat to macdonalds in aintree Liverpool - don’t bother - I’ve just written to their CEO useless the lot of them no ice cream no milk shake ask why and get told ‘dunno you’d have to ask the technician’ go to pay and my order is wrong so had to do it all over again amongst other items I ordered for me a Big Mac no cheese checked the box before I left which says no cheese - get home cold fries Diet Coke flat no straw no sauces n my Big Mac had cheese on it £26 later I’m furious tried ringing no one answers the branch and you can’t leave a message 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 it’s disgusting ! Xx
