I ordered a very expensive lamp from…

I ordered a very expensive lamp from them. Initially, they were very eager to get my order, customer service was very responsive. Once the order was placed, they went completely silent. I have not received a tracking number and after several days I have no idea where the order is and if it will ever be delivered. I regret ordering from them and being cheated. I strongly urge people not to be taken in by them.

Excellent customer service

We ordered several lights from Homelights, and all of them are of really high quality and look great! Besides, the customer service is excellent. One of the lights arrived broken, and Homelights immediately offered replacement. Also, with the ordering process we always were kept up-to-date with shipping information. 5 star service, 5 star lights!

4 Lamps looking great!

We ordered 4 Lamps, and received them safe and sound. The Lamps look great. Had some problems with the delivery agent, but customer service of home lights were there for us

Excellent Customer Service Resolved My Issue

I recently ordered a lamp online. The delivery was very quick. However, after using the lamp, I realized it did not meet my quality expectations. I immediately contacted customer service and received assistance right away. They sent me instructional videos to help resolve the issue. When it became clear that this would not solve the problem, Vivian from customer service arranged to send me a new lamp, which had no issues. I was very satisfied with the communication throughout the process. The responses were prompt, and they were attentive to my needs as a customer.

Achtung !
Home Lights hält sich nicht an geltendes EU Recht und gewährt keine zwei Jahre Garantie auf ihre Produkte.
Eine LED Leuchte, die in der Garantiezeit nicht mehr funktionierte, wurde mir nicht repariert. Stattdessen bietet man mir 20 € Refund an, wenn ich die negative Bewertung auf Trustpilot lösche. Anbei der Auszug der E-Mail:
„ ….We receive your message.We noticed you posted a negative review about our store, right?Could you please delete the review on trustpilot.Then we will refund you 20 euros.Hope to get your understanding.If you have other ideas,please let us know,we will try our best to solve the problem for you and give you a satisfied solution.
We really hope we ….“
Seit Monaten werden mir lediglich die 20 € angeboten. Wogegen ich mich mehrfach ausgesprochen habe!!!
Seit Monaten kommt es zu keiner Lösung. Ich kann nur dringend von dem Laden abraten.

1. The product you purchased is a rechargeable version. You can use the charger to charge it after receiving it.
2. We checked your communication records and we responded to you within 24 hours. We have email communication records.
3. We provide warranty service. You purchased it 1 year ago. If you pay the shipping cost of the product, we can send you a new lamp for free. This is a reasonable request. The shipping cost of 40 euros is already very low.

Very bad return policy: do not order here.

It took 4-5 weeks for my package to arrive. I ordered lamps, and discovered thery won't fit. When I asked about the return policy, they tell me there will be a 20% restocking fee, meaning I need to pay 44 euros fee. Also, you need to pay for the delivery costs of the return to China. As an alternative, I got offered 10-20% discount on my next order. When I tried to negatiote to get the restocking fee off the table, it was possible to get 70 euros discount on the next order, but "there profits are very low", so I should understand their position in not being able to bear the cost of return.
Will never order here again.

Very bad service

Very bad service, late respons on emails, late sending though I did pay for a fast delivery. Not coming with a normal solution when I ordered the wrong lamp. And way overpriced, found the same lamps on ali express for 70% less. Do NOT order with them

beautiful lamps, thanx!!!

After reading the bad reviews here, I had strong reservations. And then I was pleasantly surprised. The lamps were flawless, absolutely beautiful! And the customer service and shipping were fast and super friendly. I don't understand the bad reviews at all. Unfortunately, I cancelled a second order because of them and I'm really annoyed that I did that... I'll definitely order here again!

We needed a new lamp for our living…

We needed a new lamp for our living room. I looked to a Serge Mouille lamp and after seeking in Internet I found a similar lamp at homelights. I orderd it and it came very soon with DHL. The price is super and it look very good in our living room.

Vertigo Pendant Lamp from Homelights

I had been on the lookout for a new bedroom lamp for quite some time and always admired the Vertigo lamp. Since the original ones were a bit too expensive for me, I discovered the online store Homelights. The product photos were very appealing, though I ordered with some hesitation.

However, my concerns were unfounded. The package arrived within just three days, which was a very pleasant surprise. The installation of the lamp was straightforward and quick. I am absolutely delighted with my new Vertigo Pendant Lamp in white with a diameter of 140 cm.

The value for money is excellent. Homelights impressed me as a reputable Dutch shop with good taste and a very good selection. Especially for those on a tight budget, you can get designer pieces that really stand out. I can highly recommend Homelights.

Return costs of more then 50 euros

Return costs of more then 50 euros! Dont buy anything here. I had to ask for more then 5 times for the return adress, then i had to return it to China on my own cost together with a restocking fee. This was absolute not clear when ordering.

Disappointed - Bad quality

The product looks completely different than in the pictures. The colours are off and don't match at all. Very disappointed! Do not buy!

We ordered the ‘snoopy lamp’

We ordered the ‘snoopy lamp’, at first I was a bit hesitant because of some of the reviews, but to be honest - it was just a great experience. The lamp is really nice and high quality. Packed as advertised and came in a need box. It also arrived within the period advertised. Great quality marble, and easy to assemble. I’d recommend this to my friends.

Fake and low quality lamps

They’re using images from real design lamp websites and sell them as their own. Too bad the one I received are a cheap copy of very low quality. Bought the lamp for 165€

highly recommended

I was looking for two hanging lamps for a while until I discovered Home Lights. They have a great variety of lamps to choose and compare. I paid for the fast delivery and it was home right on time. I was happy with the quality too and customer service team from Home Lights.

Dont buy of this website

Dont buy of this website. Poor china quality that has nothing to do with the original products. You can buy directly of chinese Departments for less than 1/10 of the price. Also this website is missleading, by using the real companies names to promote their products.

these lamps are fake

these lamps are fake, using the real designer names, which is clearly a copyright violation. The quality is poor, the shipping takes a long time and for a fake replica, the prices are far too high.
