Satisfied!

I bought a backpack for my son that I could not find anywhere else. Fruugo constantly updated me on delivery process and timeline.
The package arrived on the estimate delivery time and everything went smooth. My son was very happy.

Fruugo should be sued

You cannot make this up. I was pissed already that they lied to that if I order today it will be delivered tommorow. I ordered 2 watch straps end of August, 1 just arrived, second one is arriving 2 of Octomber. Anyway, the strap that arived looked nice, put it on the watch try to put it on the wrist the strap layers just detached leaving the strap looking like a fork. The glue was so weak that the strap is looking like a fork now, just because i bend it around my wrist. They mentioned its genuine leather on the website. I feel so bad that I cannot attach pictures to show how ironically bad chinese products are. Fruugo should be sued for false advertisement. This company is a joke with good customer support.

Amazing customer service

I ordered a jacket from Fruugo several weeks ago. Unfortunately, the size was wrong. I shipped it back but after a while there was a misunderstanding between me and the company. Mistakes happen. But everything was resolved quickly. And the main hero of the day is a lovely lady Holly. She is a real professional, very polite, answers to the point, understanding and caring. Truly amazed by her attention to the details. Thank you a lot!

First of all, thank you for answering my questions several times about the delivered items. secondly, returns are easy and clear thanks to your easy-to-follow website protocol and also thanks for your honest and reliable service and the trust you give to the customer, even if an item has to be made back in the factory or if something is not clearly described . thank you and i will enjoy all the delicious tasteful own xo goods.

Good value for money

Fruugo delivered a rare hair balm at the best value for money I could find. The only thing it stuck at customs for two weeks from Uk to NL so the actual delivery was a bit later, then advertised. Fruugo compensated me all the costs that I incurred for customs fees and did it fast

Counterfeit products

Fruugo got in contact and refunded the complete amount. Thank you Chloe for your help!

Old 1 star review: Product was completely different than what sellers advertised. Be cautious and don't buy anything from this retailer.

Size of product differed from photo. On the photo i looked like the original product, but the product was different. Also specifications on the website were different than the actual product. Battery capacity was less than half from what the description said (300 instead of 700 mAh).

I ordered an item and I had no idea it…

I ordered an item and I had no idea it was coming from out of the Netherlands, I called and explained to them on the urgency of the item, and just like magic they delivered right on TIME! I will surely patronise them again.

All's well that ends well

I ordered a Bible pillow as a gift for my pastor. Yesterday I placed a unsatisfying comment about Fruugo because I could not find the tracking information after 96 hours. I was worried that again I was tricked due to former experiences with companies from China.
They messaged me back ad convinced me that the package is still underway. Today I found the package in front of my front door. Thank you so much Fruugo and apologies for my misjudgment.
The only thing why i did not give five stars is that the website is not very clear about finding the helpdesk and that the package was delivered on plain sight where everyone could have steal is. But this is not to blame on Fruugo but DHL the courier in the Netherlands.

I got my order (costed €72) but what i…

I got my order (costed €72) but what i got was not what i expected. The product was not like the description and totally different. I want to retur back but it will cost €32 to China. The comunication with customer service is great. Ellie from customer service helped me to resolve the issue by issueing the refund.

The product sent had a text on it in another language. The support did not seem to have a problem and cannot speak English. Don't buy from this fraud website

I paid 54 euros for a product that…


I paid 54 euros for a product that turned out to be completely fake. Additionally, more than half of the product was missing box is empty. I am deeply disappointed and expect the seller to address this issue. I advise other buyers to be cautious. Don't buy anything from here

Amanded review: Casley from customer service resolved the issue by issuing a refund. I’m amending my previous review to state that my problem has been satisfactorily resolved. Thank you for your prompt and effective service.

Dont order from this webshop.

Dont order from this webshop.
They are in my opinion big scammers.
Getting in contact with this webshop is almost impossible and the items are not as described. They are cheap produced and the are often destroyed because of the bad shipment. The shipping time is verry long. I am waiting for over half a year for my order and can't get in touch with the people i bought it from. I strongly advice to not order from this site as they are verry big scammers. I will never order something from here again!

Frustrated!!!at firstttt

i ordered vitamins from Fruugo and from a certain (lemongold). i didn't receive anything. i emailed asking for my products no one answers me!!! i need my purchase, is this a legit account even!
ADDED, after 10 days i recieved an email with a tracking number. And after 13 days after i first ordered that i finally got my vitamins! But the so called : lemongold didnt even bother to reply .
I ordered from this applicayion because it said in the begining they will deliver within 2 to 3 days… hense this score!!
Nevertheless i will never use this application again.and will not suggest it.
