This area is dedicated to organizations established in the EU that have been awarded a “trusted flagger” status by the competent Digital Services Coordinator in compliance with Article 22 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 on a Single Market for Digital Services and amending Directive 2000/31/EC (Digital Services Act), (the “DSA”).

After registering as a trusted flagger and upon verification of your status, your notices and complaints will receive priority. They will be processed and decided upon without undue delay, provided that you include the email address filled in during your trusted flagger registration in your notice or complaint form.
