It seems Xhamster DO pay their video moderators, and as a result the moderation is up to scratch, but they DON'T pay the picture moderators so moderation of picture is very lax, so this is the reason why we're still allowed to upload vids, but not pictures.

an LastChieftain : True, though I lost quite a lot of perfectly legit galleries containing girls that were easily into their twenties, such as Zoe Bloom, Rhiannon Ryder, Lady Dee and Caroline Mann. Okay, I see the reason for ridding the site of "t e e n s" if it's dubious but not older girls.
