Funny cuz I do it kind of opposite.
If you have the .m3u8 link all you have to do is copy it into a browser then save as.
I have a hard time finding a .m3u8 in Inspect so I use VLC to find it for me:
1 - Copy video share URL into VLC>Stream>Network
2 - Once the video starts playing go to Tools>Codec Information. The .m3u8 file will be at the bottom under Location.
