Thanks for this thread, it worked great for me with @madkracker6969 instructions... Except on thing. The chapters work on pc, but not on most my BluRay Players... Samsung won't regognize the chapters at all. Philips says 1/13 chapters, but if you skip to the next one, it freezes. Panasonic works without any issues.

Is there anything i can do?

    Hello,

i have a video file with 30 fps and i would like to convert it to a standard BD. Tested DVDfab TSmuxer and multAVCHD so far, always with the same results. The BD has minor but noticable stuttering. :/ I'm sure it's because of the 30fps oddity, but the video is unique. So i have to work with this given file. :/

Is there any chance getting a smooth playing BD out of this?

Thanks in advance and sorry for the (maybe) bad english

Sorry for the delay... Maybe it helps to explain, what i really want to achieve...

I'm looking for a way to bring video files back to VHS. I already tried a lot (couple media boxes like Icy Box etc.) But nothing worked satisfactory. :/
I need RGB Scart (here in europe) for best video quality, but all my tested solutions offer only composite (or HDMI wich want work on an old VCR)
So i thought a DVD Player could work, because the european devices output RGB Scart. But problem is, these players don't support many codecs (mostly only divx or xvid)
And devices with USB won't support HDD Drives or bigger USB sticks (at least the devices i tested)

So maybe someone knows a better approach...

A device that outputs RGB Scart and supports USB devices and many video codecs. Maybe a raspberry pie could so this? I saw some analog video output addons lately...

    Thanks to all...

The DVDs already have only one language and no subs so there is no menue needed.

    @Scott

is the quality loss that high? The problem is the video files are too large for a single dvd (even dual layer, 5 hours and more). So i thought i can fix this, using divx.

i successfully performed the hack on my Sony BDP-S490 (europe) (with an All4One URC 7740) and the display says "ok". But the player won't turn off. :/ Is this good or bad?
I just left it in this state and opened this topic. :/

Sorry for the late reply... Thank you

Listing all formats (and IDs) worked for me, but i don't know how to select certain audiotracks or videos. :/ I checked the "help" and can't find anything about it. So i tried it with the --audio-multistreams flag (Allow multiple audio streams to be merged into a single file) But i still got only english audio :(

So, the download was successful, but i ran into the next problem... On the web site, they're offering 2 audio tracks (german and english). And yt-dlp just downloaded the english (m4a) track. Is there a way to choose between them, or load both audio tracks in one session?

Wich way do you prefer to join video an audio after downloading it?

Anyone can help me downloading these 2 seasons of Renovation Island?

    https://de.hgtv.com/sendungen/renovation-island-unser-traum-vom-luxus-resort/

21 episodes if i'm correct, so maybe it's easyer to name me a software, whos capable to do the job. I assume it's a quite amount of work, if someone would download and reupload it for me. I'm thankful for any help.

by schmutzbrust Go to last post
    Hello,

don't mind my maybe bad english. It's not my native language. I'm planning to dub some old movies with another audio track, but the tracks come from old tapes and you can hear a lot of noise in the background, exspecially on the start of the vhs, where there are no sounds just the noise. :/ I read so much about A.I. noise reduction, but in all cases, they talk only about live recordings (like youtubers streaming outside and want to get rid of background noises). The results are quite good and couple days ago i saw a video to even split an audio track in speech, effects and more. So if this all is possible, why i can't find anything about just to remove noise properly. :/

My audio tracks also have a few seconds at the start, you can only hear the noise, so i assumed thats a good example for a tool to put on.

I already checked programs like audition, but my results were not satisfiying. It removes the noise in silent scenes but you can still here it well in all other areas. :/

I must confess i'm not that deep into audio tech to understand everything and i don't have the time (work, kids other stuff) to spend hours and hours in it. :/ So i was loking for an easy solution and this A.I. stuff sounded to good to be ture.

    Hello,

i downloaded video files with the tool "letmeatit". I noticed, that my files always freeze for a few moments. This is very random. Everytime i download it again, the freezes are on another place. :/

Can i check my videos with some kind of tool, that shows me the exact spot of the freezes? The videos are quite long, so i can't check them myself after every download attempt. :/ Or did i make something wrong with letmeatit?
