This "magazine" is a website, and fails Wikipedia:Notability (web), specifically WP:WEBCRIT. I can only find passing mentions, and nothing independent and in-depth. References based on CEOWORLD have been added to various Wikipedia articles, but this appears to be largely ref-spamming. Edwardx (talk) 11:53, 4 June 2019 (UTC)[]
