Most of the arguments for deletion denounce this article as a POV fork without realising that the topic is actually a subtopic fork. There is clear consensus from the discussion below that the speech has adequate independent notability, and aptly so due to the controversy and criticism around it. Editors should be reminded that NPOV applies to the way Wikipedia editors present the content of an article, not the quality of the topic itself.
