Israeli legislative election, 2015

I have once again undid your edits to say bibi is the presumed next PM. Note that in all other languages, including hebrew, Netanyahu has not been declared presumptive winner. Because he needs Kulanu support and http://www.jpost.com/Israel-Elections/Likud-forged-recording-of-Kahlon-support-394157 , this is not an issue which has been concluded and it is against wikipedia even if there are some articles that suggest you may be right (and some that suggest otherwise). The best thing you can do if you feel strongly that your opinion on the outcome should be added to the page, I suggest opening up discussions on the talk page as I will likely do. Note that there are also a Large Number of articles claiming that Netanyahu is about to join forces with Herzog in a coalition government despite Herzog's consistent protestations (direct quotes, every time) that this is not the case.

Because this is in progress, it is against the wikipedia terms of service to insert your own judgement based on some sources and not others (ie from Moshe Kahlon himself) in assuming the outcome of the election. Ferociouslettuce (talk) 19:01, 20 April 2015 (UTC)[]

Clinton Cash

I undid your addition of a "Confirmation" section to the Clinton Cash article, because it was redundant. In the "Publication" section of the article, Schweizer's independently confirmed reporting is given pride of place. Another editor and I kept that Media Matters' catalogue of his previous errors at bay for as long as we could, because, like Breitbart, MM is an extremely partisan source, but more importantly, both the MM and Breitbart pieces are just collections of links to other outlets' reporting. So, instead of a separate "Confirmation" section, I would urge you to add anything to the "Publication" section that you feel is missing. Just link to the story itself, not a partisan aggregator, if possible. The only reason I added the MM link today is because of the retractions Schweizer was forced to make. Edits to Fact Checking page

Costatitanica, I am still not entirely convinced that the Rasmussen Reports article you cited is non-partisan. The particular comment "Prior to the first televised debate between the major party candidates Monday night, the Clinton campaign stated that a failure by the moderator to fact-check Trump’s statements in real time would give him an unfair advantage. However, voters were pretty convinced that the moderators would be helping Clinton more than Trump." I cannot find a good Wikipedia discussion on the credibility of this source, but note your second "source" cites the same survey in it's article.

While I am sure that fact-checking can have a partisan bias, I also believe that the survey itself is not the most scientific in proving the validity of fact checking, only a source of "people believe.. x" when the article could use more notability on cases of successful and unsuccessful fact checking, although it is a fair point to bring up what people "believe" about fact checking, I think this is also hard to validate in a substantive way.

Also one other article I found today was Google similarly interested in Fact Checking. See below.

Shaded0, I think the only question here is whether or not Rassmussen is a RS. If it is, then my edit should remain. If not, not. I'm not sure why it's relevant whether there have been discussions on Wikipedia about the topic. Finally, I cited a poll. It has nothing to do with whether or not fact checkers are in fact biased or not. It simply states that people believe that. By analogy, if a poll found that 67% percent of Americans think the earth is flat, that would belong in an article about the earth. I don't have to demonstrate that NASA is lying or anything.

What you or I believe is the best way to validate something is irrelevant.
