Nigeria prison attack
No, it is not. The attack is vandalistic, not terrorist or motivated beyond the simple act of vandalism. It's not its site, because if it happened in another country or in my own I wouldn't even think of including it. It has had no national or international impact or interest. Why include it here? Use 2022 in the United States.
