The Economic and Labour Relations Review (ELRR) is a peer-reviewed academic journal covering the fields of economics, labour relations, and policy. The editor-in-chief is Di Kelly (University of Wollongong).

Overview

The ELRR publishes new research in economics and labour relations, in a multi-disciplinary approach to policy questions that encourages critical assessment of dominant orthodoxies and alternative models. The journal encourages informed debate and articles that adopt a heterodox approach to economics, or that explore rights-, equality- or justice-based approaches to labour relations or social policy. The journal is double-blind, peer-reviewed, and publishes work in English on all countries.[1] The ELRR was established in 1990 and is published by SAGE Publications in association with the UNSW Business School (University of New South Wales).

Abstracting and indexing

The journal is abstracted and indexed in Scopus and the Social Sciences Citation Index. It has an Impact Factor of 2.500 (2021)[2] and is ranked 15/30 in Industrial Relations & Labour and 154/379 in Economics journal rankings (2021).[2] The journal’s Scopus CiteScore is 2.9 (2021).[3]
