Maksim Gruznov (Russian: Максим Грузнов) (born 21 April 1974 in Narva) is a football striker of Russian descent.[1] He plays for FC Trans Narva.

Gruznov became the Meistriliiga top goalscorer in 1993/94[2] and then repeated his success in 2001 and 2006 seasons.

As of the middle of the 2010 season, Gruznov is both the Meistriliiga all-time top scorer and appearance leader with 278 goals in 409 appearances.
