Nintendo currently processes and ships orders Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or National Holidays will be processed and/or shipped the following business day.
Nintendo ships to the following locations:
- All US States and Territories*
- All Canadian Provinces**
- U.S. APO/FPO and PO Boxes** (standard shipping only)
- Canadian PO Boxes, CP Boxes, Rural Routes (standard shipping only)**
*Standard shipping is not available for orders going to Hawaii, Alaska or U.S. Territories (only standard U.S. Mail or expedited shipping methods available).
**Expedited shipping is not available for orders going to APO/FPO, PO Boxes or Canadian Rural Routes.
Due to shipping regulations, lithium batteries can ship via Standard method only and cannot be shipped to addresses outside the continental US (HI, AK, US Territories, or APO/FPO/DPO). Consumers that reside outside of continental US can set up a repair if a battery replacement is needed.
We are able to provide tracking information on U.S. orders shipped via UPS or Federal Express and Canadian orders shipped via Canada Post. Tracking information is not available for items shipped via U.S. mail.

- Valid on My Nintendo store orders beginning 8:00 AM Pacific, on February 16, 2022.
- Free shipping may be used in conjunction with a promotion code. The subtotal of the items purchased after the promotion code is applied, and before sales tax is applied, must be at least $50 USD or $65 CAD.
- Valid for standard (ground) shipping method only in the U.S. and Canada. Expedited shipping methods excluded.
- Canceling items or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference may affect your order's eligibility for free shipping.
- If cancelled items bring the order subtotal (before promotion code(s) and taxes) below $50 USD/$65 CAD, the order will not be eligible for free shipping.
