Booked our holiday this week with…

Booked our holiday this week with Nadine at Destinations2. We needed to make a change to our booking and the level of care and support she gave us was outstanding and she is a real asset to the company. Highly recommend if you are calling to book to ask for Nadine by name as we wouldn't want to book with anyone else

Hotel’s in Dubai

Booked a Hotel Dubai in January for our holiday in September got a great deal. Once I booked my flights I needed to book another hotel but in a different location of Dubai this time just b&b again I booked through Destination2 as prices beat many other companies. No problems at all everything ran smoothly will definitely book a hotel through them again.

Friendly and Efficient

Found Destination2 when looking for my honeymoon package and they were the cheapest.

Spoke with Matthew Mitchell and he was superb to talk to! Was able to give great recommendations and help me throughout the whole booking process. He also assured me that I will be looked after throughout and I can get in touch with him directly if there’s any problems.

Keeley was excellent and got our…

Keeley was excellent and got our booking completed quickly and with all the info and clarification we needed. Was great to be able to speak to someone directly who was friendly and not be on hold for ages or have to negotiate online system only. Easy to choose flights, transfers, parking, etc easily in one go. Also, this was the only company who got me direct flights and the hotel I wanted in my price range.

Friendly and helpful

Found Destination 2 while searching holiday packages on Google, never used them before however my experience with travel agent Tracy was really good. She was very nice and helpful and gave friendly advice. I was assured that I will be looked after throughout my experience by her and I can get in touch with her directly if there’s any problems.

Found Destination2 many months ago.
Spoke with Stephen Jones who was Briliant!!
Calm and so quick to guide through the choices availlable for a holiday to Barbados.

Stephen was quick to resolve all issues we had and made sure that we were aware of all procedures required stateside.

Stephen is the man @ Destination2 to speak with - knowledgeable, Brilliant service

Where do I begin!

John John John! Where do I start! I couldn't have asked for a better sales agent than Mr John himself! From the very beginning, he was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. John took the time to understand my needs and preferences in regards to my birthday trip to Maldives come January! He went above and beyond to find me the perfect hotel. When I say he took the time I really mean it!

John was always available to answer my questions and address my concerns which I had a few! He made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend him without a doubt to anyone looking for a top-notch sales agent.

Good Customer Service

I recently booked a hotel in Corfu via the Destination2 website. Unfortunately when I did some additional research a few days later I discovered that the hotel in question wouldn't be suitable for my family's needs. I emailed the Customer Service team and a very helpful lady (Simone) got back to me within a few days outlining my various options. Although it wasn't possible to cancel the booking without losing the £400 deposit, we were able to amend the booking meaning we are now staying in a more suitable hotel.

We very very happy with our trip ,
The only thing I would complain after the booking was done and there was an issue with something there was no post care which was bit stressful not getting reply to few emails .

Nadine has been absolutely brilliant

Nadine has been absolutely brilliant! Very personal, friendly service which made the final decision in our booking. Virgin quoted us £200 cheaper for the same holiday but because of Nadine’s customer service we decided to book through her. She is a credit to your team.

Finn was so very helpful and assisted…

Finn was so very helpful and assisted us in booking a Holiday to the Maldives. We wanted to be sure that by booking business class with Virgin Airways we would actually get their upper class cabin. Finn gave us the reassurance we needed As well as some additional help and advice on the extras included in the package. She also sent us her contact details In case we had any queries later on. Highly recommended.

This is the 3rd booking now with…

This is the 3rd booking now with Destination2 but the first time actually speaking to an advisor as I wanted different hotels for my holiday…. Nadine must have the patience of a Saint! The amount of changes and advising me of the different options! Smooth booking process Thanks!

Do not use this company

Do not use this company, they are an absolute shambles. The reservations and customer services departments have no idea what thy are doing and no matter how many times you communicate with them they don't respond. I travel a lot and have never dealt with a compnay like it. I'm not sure if they are scamming customers or just incompetent, either way save yourselves the stress.

There were some incorrect rates displaying for the booking arrangements and we could not fulfill at the price showing due to the huge difference this was. As you are aware we reserve the right to make changes to and correct errors in both advertised and confirmed prices and/or cancel the Contract. Alternative holiday arrangements may be explored as an option. We do regret that during this period attempting resolution for you as our customer, it was unclear with whom the matter lay but can assure you it was not Customer service or Reservations and we will ensure this is raised internally to the relevant team for future reference and to avoid similar experience.

Fantastic Holiday booking service

I was really impressed with the customer service I received whilst enquiring about a holiday to Abu Dhabi with Destination 2.
From the moment Lee answered the phone he was friendly, efficient and professional.
He checked all of the flight options for us and we have booked the perfect holiday! It’s our first time booking with Destination 2 and I would highly recommend them-thank you!

Joey was an absolute pleasure to work…

Joey was an absolute pleasure to work with! From the very start, he was friendly and took the time to really understand what we were looking for in a holiday. His knowledge of the resorts in the Maldives was impressive—he gave us fantastic recommendations that matched our preferences perfectly.
