I would give them 10 stars if I could. Their customer service is amazing, from the designing process to the lifetime warranty. The whole thing has just been so easy.

I recently damaged my ring moving furniture about and lost a couple small diamonds, they happily fixed it, replaced any missing diamonds and gave it a good clean and polish, I feel like I have a brand new ring again! The whole process took no more than 2 weeks. Will definitely be recommending to all my friends

The customer service provided by this company is literally second to none.
I wasn't involved in the designing and purchasing part of my engagement ring, however, my husband assures me that this, too, was exceptional.
No question too much, plenty of videos, pictures and drawings were provided and the ring was sent discreetly, and using next day delivery.
I recently required a fix in the ring - one of the prongs needed tightening - and LD allowed my mum to drop it off at their offices as I was super nervous about posting it, and they fixed, cleaned and returned to me in 3 days!
That just blows my mind!
They provide a lifetime guarantee and a lifetime cleaning service as well. What other jewellers do?!
It's a stunning stunning ring as well, and the light-up ring box is a gorgeous touch!
I'll always recommend to people; everything you see on their Instagram is 100% true and real!

Not the first time I have used London Diamonds but James and the team are the absolute best. Responsive, helpful and always there to advise if you are not sure about your design to get the best possible finished article! I wouldn't hesitate to have them make further pieces of bespoke jewellery for me. Some people hesitate buying such important once in a lifetime pieces from Instagram but you can 100% trust London Diamonds to do a great job. Super happy

I recently bought an engagement ring with London Diamonds and it was a fantastic experience. They are an amazing company with great communication through the whole process!

Miranda provided lots of suggestions and helped me narrow down to the perfect design, they then sourced a beautiful diamond quickly and got the ring ready against tight timelines.

The resizing process was also quick and easy, London Diamonds paid for and organised a very quick delivery service to get the ring back to us in time for our holiday and my Fiancée’s birthday.

I would highly recommend London Diamonds, - high quality rings with a professional service and personal touch!

I came to London Diamonds through a recommendation, already a good start, but they blew every expectation out of the water.
Originally I was looking for an engagement ring and the level of service I received from sizing to cut/ carat was phenomenal. I came with a bespoke idea of what I wanted and they delivered to the letter and smashed the brief. I received videos of the diamond, mock ups of the ring setting and the responsiveness was always speedy. Suffice to say my now fiancée and soon to be bride was delighted, so much so I had only one place to go for the wedding band and the level of service and customer appreciation was, as ever, brilliant.
Thanks to James and Miranda both who throughout the journey were so helpful. You’ve got a customer for life here.

From start to finish London Diamonds were amazing! I sent a cursory email to find out what I needed to do and Miranda answered literally within two hours. I was kept up to date through the ring creation process and Miranda sent a video once complete and ready to ship. I received the ring 24 hours later recorded/signed delivery, beautifully packaged. I proposed whilst on holiday and the ring was slightly too big for my fiancé and Miranda was more than happy to assist on my return from holiday. More than happy with the end product, so is my fiancé! The service, for me, is what has stood out, as I said, amazing from start to finish and would highly recommend! Thank you LD Team

London diamonds were perfect from start to finish where to start firstly the quality and beauty that are put in to all the rings are spectacular, they look stunning from the posts on instagram and the website but when you purchase a ring WOW mind blown even the little detail to the box it is in with a little light that shines on to the diamond, I purchased the ring and wasn’t sure it would arrive in time as we were going away l, I messaged the team and asked if it would arrive in time and I was assured that it would, and it did. I would highly recommend London diamond to anyone customer service is spot on nothing is ever to much to ask and also the rings come with lifetime yes lifetime guarantee with anything from servicing and repairs and even getting resized now tell me where else you get service like this. Please if you are thinking about getting a ring don’t waste your time shopping about just have a look trust me you will not regret it. Once again thank you all so much for making this so special. I don’t even know where to start here - I’ve followed London Diamonds for many years after finding them on Instagram (randomly), and luckily I have an amazing relationship with my partner where I always showed him their rings without actually saying I wanted, one day, our engagement ring to be from there. I’m the luckiest girl in the world to say my partner proposed after 7 years with a London Diamond engagement ring and I can’t even put into the words the quality of what I wear on my finger every day now - it nearly brings me to tears. My partner says the experience of building the ring with James was so so simple and smooth and advice was offered when needed. I couldn’t write a more authentic review - this is the place to purchase your special ring. From quality to customer experience, it is 11/10. We will back when it’s time for our wedding bands. The process to order from the London diamonds team has been very smooth. Miranda was very patient and helpful giving advice via WhatsApp and once order placed wedding band came within the ETA with signed for delivery. Ring is beautiful and came in a pretty wooden box. Definitely recommend!

Cannot fault my experience with London Diamonds. From sending my first WhatsApp to having my engagement ring delivered was 5 weeks. Brilliant customer service and the process was so easy. There was no pushy sales or talk about increasing budget, they just delivered exactly what I was after. I really wanted to include a gemstone under the main diamond with a diamond shoulder and they were amazing with coming up with a beautiful way of doing this using a Cathedral setting. Now I’ve got the ‘yes’ everyone we show things the ring is beautiful. Cannot believe the price for such a perfect ring.
Thank you so much, I’m so glad I went with my friend’s recommendation and will recommend all of my friends to you.

There is also a massive factor that few speak about when purchasing jewellery, and that is aftercare, which has been as efficient as the customer service was attentive, even before they received my money
