A special election to fill the seat representing Wisconsin's 8th Congressional District in the U.S. House will be held in 2024. Primaries will be held on August 13, 2024. The general election will be held on November 5th, 2024. The filing deadline was June 1st, 2024.

The special election will fill the vacancy left by Mike Gallagher (R), who cited death threats and swatting incidents targeted toward his family as reasons for his resignation.
