M. Justin Kinsey
M. Justin Kinsey was a 2012 Republican candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 7th Congressional District of Maryland. Kinsey was a Libertarian candidate for District 5B of the Maryland House of Delegates in 2010. Kinsey was defeated by Frank Mirabile, Jr. in the Republican primary on April 3, 2012.[1]
