Neil Bradshaw introduced us to the wonderful tool tableau. The course overall was satisfying, as I learned a lot more than I had expected. Neil's course was focused on exercises where the attendees were able to not only learn but also try out what was introduced right on the spot. I am overall happy with my experience

Recently engaged with the knowledge academy for D365 F&O/SCM.
I didnt proceed right away with the courses i was interested in for my own reasons.
However they were fantastic with their service and support, in particular Matthew Palmieri ... he was the account manager allocated to help me with the process and provided such great support, advice and patients with all of my questions and back n forth.
I will be returning to complete training at a later date. It will be with the knowledge academy and Matthew Palmieri, couldn't recommend their/his service more.

Fantastic course, Eileen was very knowledgeable and helpful, I was unsure of what to expect as it was online, Eileen kept the course very engaging all the way through and made the subjects relatable to all of the attendees on the course. The coordination of where the training will take place is given late
Set up in the room, 15 to 20 mins of waiting is needed for the AV team to arrive
Food is generous
Trainer is professional. Sanjitha is knowledgeable and highlight important topics that are best Practices and applicable for my organization.
What could improve if the course is done in group to get other perspective from other industries.
All in all, she handled the training well and explained in accordance to my level of knowledge.

Stuart Luxmore was very thorough with his explanation on Excel, in a way that that keeps your brain working. I had some good knowledge of Excel previously, but feel I have been able to hone my skills and break down things more clearly. I learned other parts to excel that I have otherwise looked over and will now certainly be using them in the future. Thank you kindly, and apologies we were so quiet!

Disappointing experience! There is no after enrollment service from the sales team, no support thereafter. Don't even reply for the mails for any queries or responses once you are enrolled to them. Whether you pass or fail is not bothered. Customer care services also a thumps down.

Vivek Singh was a great insturctor. The early pace of the training could go a little faster. The menu instruction seemed to drag on longer than needed. He did a good job of explaining all the topics. Our training was disrupted for hours on day two due to the program software being down. This was due to a Knowledge Academy network issue. It was frustrating for the group and our instructor, but he got us caught up to speed.

Trainer Rupesh was lovely and very informative. He is well experienced in the course topics. He customised the class to the attendees to the extent it was possible, while still covering the course core in full.

Presenter is responsive, and trying to help clarify the questions however there is room for improvement for the experience as there have been times that the presenter was not audible, background noise, distractions. More examples would be helpful as to where functions, setup and configuration is usually used or comes handy. Overall it was a good start.

The training was concise and included real-time lab practice. I would suggest working on the background noise while conducting the training session. Also, more real-world examples should be used to tie it to the training. Focusing on the bigger picture of the system.
