After when I explained the problem for the girl my problem was solved in seconds

It is nice to chat the human (not bot)

It is nice to chat the human (not bot) in different language from Dutch, and he/she can response me not only by "to find next topic". And the human can answer my question about the contract extension and termination policies.

SIM only for the last four years

SIM only for the last four years. As I keep prolonging the contract with them each year, I basically pay the same price since I joined for ever increasing number of GB. Currently paying 11 euro for unlimited minutes/sms and 15 GB of data.

Been a content customer of Youfone for…

Been a content customer if Youfone for years now.

I have both a SIM only subscription and home internet. Combining the two gives a substantial free uplift in your mobile data bundle.
Two small qualms though:

1) buying additional data bundles of one does happen to exceed the data bundle is exorbitantly expensive. (Has happened to me only once in the past 4 years)
2) Youfone is lacking eSIM, which is a shame given the standard in today's modern phones. I'd rather have my main number as an eSIM and use the physical SIM slot for potentially a prepaid SIM when I'm abroad.

Other than that, I'm happy with the service. I've been approached many times by other providers with promotional offers, all of which are still more expensive than my current Youfone subscription.

So far so good....

So far so good....
I am a YouFone customer for only a few months. Untill now I have had no problems at all, everything works fine. The tansfer from Odido has been going well.
I have a small sim-only contract of 0.5GB = 200 min/sms for only 4 euro's. That is good enough for me and easier+cheaper then prepaid. Only thing I willl probably miss is the option to buy an extra mobile data bundle when (occasionally) needed.

Terrible customer service and scammy company.

They have made mistakes with my contracts closed it and they forced me to pay for it without giving any explanation. When I asked for explanation, both on the phone or by email, they either not replied or changed arguments or lied. Terrible company and terrible customer service.
Also if you don't speak dutch it is increasingly more difficult to talk with them on the phone.

Nothing special

Nothing special, I am staying with them because I am too lazy to find another provider. They certainly do not have the best service. They have cheap prices, but they will milk you in every possible way they can.

UNACCETABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

UNACCETABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I chose this provider for the low prices of the offers and everything went ok until a technical problem appeared. Customer assistance is completely absent, both with telephone calls and expecially with emails. I was completely ignored for more than a week. Now I understand why the prices are low compared to other providers. Never choose it again.

Good Internet provider, Customer support OK

EDITED: After the review, Youfone Customer Support has replied and quickly managed my request of cancelation of subscription.

Would give 5 stars if Internet basic subscription could have been cheaper

I keep writing to 2 of their support email addresses, trying to cancel my Internet subscription because moving abroad, but haven't received any reply yet since weeks.

Youfone website and Chatbot doesn't have any option to cancel the subscription, only to buy more services.

I'm very happy with my Youphone

I am happy about the contacts I have. Telephone, WhatsApp and Messenger. Mail is also 👍 and I use the planner every day. I can read the newspaper online and an watch TV programs if I want (mostly I watch them on the tv). I can save a lot to read later again. I make a lot of photos. The apps are good, only some apps I don't use would like to delete but that's not possible. I guess I said all I want to say.

Swapped to Youfone from Ziggo - good decision

We have swapped to Youfone from Ziggo due to price.
I can't complain. The swap was very smooth and without any problems. Also number porting was done seamlessly.
Internet at home is stable and fast enough. We didn't experienced any internet failures. We have 100Mbit/s fibre optic. Also data in the phone are working without any problems.
All support was provided in english as I don't speak dutch yet and they were helpful.
While customer service almost always answered all the questions and dealt with all the requests I could feel that they are still missing a touch of professional attitude. Once I was dismissed and told to search for the answer on their website (which I always do first). But that wasn't big problem as next call with different person was totally different experience.

Overall you get great product and good customer support for very great price - compared to other providers. I can recommend Youfone

Worst provider ever

Worst provider ever! They lock you in contracts without explaining the parameters in the contract and you can never reach them. Totally not recommend

Customer service like pulling teeth

Time and again, it’s like on a submarine. You can’t get out of this toxic contract but interacting with them is such a useless waste of your time and money. I’ve just hung up after waiting 18minutes on the line and then 1,5min to answer questions qualifying my request and being informed in a second that for my request a ticket must be created for which I must call back.. and it was not possible to switch me over because there no one was available atm. But should I call back like in five and press this and that on the menu, then I’d get to the right department..
so now I’ll need to waste another 20min on them. At best.

if that’s what you wish while using a service , then become their customer

I have a cheap abonnement, YOUFONE give me a sign when I am at the top. My reach in whole Holland is excelent!!! So very satisfied!!!

Dependable and Customer-Focused

Their mobile service ensures I stay connected without interruptions, while their internet service provides consistent speeds for my browsing needs. What's more, their customer support team has always been responsive and helpful whenever I've had questions or concerns.
