We ordered a basin for our dressing room and were told quite quickly that it was ready for dispatch. After five days we had heard nothing and I went online to read reviews of the company. I saw a lot of 1 star reviews and I panicked - I was sure this was going to be a terrible experience. My husband emailed Saby who he had spoken to before and was assured he would look into it. I was still not convinced after reading some of the bad reviews.
Later that afternoon we had an email from Saby saying that our basin would be delivered the next day, and it was. We will certainly use them again.

Super service from QS Supplies.
I have used them a number of times now as part of a bathroom refurbishment project I have under way.
Competitive pricing, ordering is nice and easy, turnaround/delivery time is fast and the customer service is excellent. I knew exactly where the order was at every stage due to their team providing email updates and the occasional call nearer the delivery time.
Big shout out to Sheefa for the super customer service that was delivered here.
Keep up the great work and customer service that you are delivering. It is very rare these days to find companies like QS Supplies that still focus on the end to end customer service delivery, rather than just fade away as many do once the sale has been taken.

This company took my money for an order then constantly changes delivery dates. When I cancelled the order I had to chase them for my refund.
AVOID unless you liked being led up the garden path

Absolutely horrible experience- ordered 2 valves, 300 each, received only one. They kept insisting that 2 were sent until I provided all pictures and logs from all couriers.. videos and pictures of the valves boxes etc.. at the end could not get refund.
Worst sellers in the world, scammers.

I experienced an issue with my emails and this initially had an impact on my ability to communicate with the team at QS . I was particularly concerned because I needed my order to come before or after my holiday and not during my period away . The Team were absolutely brilliant!! They are real people who take a pride in customer service!! I mention the fact they are real because I had a nightmare communicating with another company who will only speak via live chat !! I can’t recommend QS highly enough. The products were delivered with care by their own team . The driver like the rest of the QS team couldn’t have been more helpful or pleasant to speak to .

Don’t just rely on Amazon!
Trying to buy what we did from Amazon was a mess, with too many options that were at wildly different prices with different options for postage. In the end we couldn’t guarantee what we’d be getting.
QS supplies were not only cheaper but more streamlined, giving us confidence that we’d bought the right thing. Arrived well packaged, installed as expected and less hassle and stress than Amazon.
