the ordering process was easy and…

the ordering process was easy and delivery prompt. website informative. only criticism is your email recommending first time users slowly introduce the product to the pet (as in 1/4 scoop to start, then work up to full scoop) arrived AFTER we had received the product and used it. your advice should come earlier and be more prominently placed on the packaging.

My 11yo jack Russell X was limping and…

My 11yo jack Russell X was limping and holding up his right rear leg he was just getting on age but is a very active dog. I came across Petz Park Hip and Joint powder .We followed instructions and now some 4 months later he jumped up on the bed which he hasn't done for a long time. so we will keep using the product to help him maintain a better life for him

supply was fast and efficient with…

supply was fast and efficient with additional information provided. I look forward to my little dog's health improvement. He has Cushings Disease, not sure if this will help but figure worth a try. Thank you.

I bought a variety of powder…

I bought a variety of powder supplements for my little critters who were suffering from allergies with nothing working, after a week on the powders, my chihuahua specifically, grew most of her fur back and has nearly altogether stopped scratching, she's more energetic and like a little puppy again. I really didn't think it would work and used it as a last option. Honestly was the best decision I made for my animals.

I have purchased my second packet and…

I have purchased my second packet and I’m waiting for the excessive hair to stop falling out. We have chihuahua dogs short long and double coat, and trust me when I say my bed my carpet looks like extra dogs with their under coat falling out. Our vet put me onto you guys and the supplement I’ll continue to use. Using half a scoop for each dog we don’t need big packets which is cost effective. Thank you

Will be coming back! You have a new regular...

Finding the right product for my two was easy. Ordering was easy and communication was great in regard to the order. It arrived quickly and I haven't had an issue getting it into my two puppies who are very fussy!
Very happy!

Probotics and skin and coat are the best

Probotics are a godsend as well as the skin and coat, my british bull dogs and frenchie couldnt go without it, These two have made such a big difference to them, there paws and face are clean and no mire issues. Thanks petz park.

Probiotics. Was easy to order and prompt delivery

Was easy to order and prompt delivery. I bought the probiotics as my dog has had antibiotics. She's used these before and they worked well. Her skin became less sensitive.

Liver Support…

I have had my 13 yr old cavalier (Lady)on the liver support supplement for a couple of years now. I also use the probiotic and hip and joint formulas. She is still going strong and I’m sure these products are helping.

Fantastic Products

Very easy to decide and order.

Was very easy to choose the products I wanted and pay for them. Was totally surprised when an email arrived saying my products were being packed on Sunday!!
Then another came that said they were being collected by Australia Post.

our dog has just turned 10yrs old and is showing signs of his age, with the use of your hip and joint powder he has the occasional zoomies up and down the hall and we can see the difference and joint has made

Given our dog Phoebe a new life

Phoebe our English Staffy has had hip problems since she was rescued as a pup. I've tried a few hip/joint powders with very little help. Since discovering Petz Park Hip/Joint a year or so ago, Phoebe has very little to no pain. She in enjoying life with her exuberant Jack Russell sister. It's great to see her happy again as she is only 4 years old and hope that she has many more healthy years with us. Thanks Petz Park for giving Phoebe her life back, been a huge improvement.

Website couldn't find pdf for invoice…

Website couldn't find pdf for invoice and the express option is not express takes 2 to 3 days from Sydney to inner city Sydney I have had faster deliveries from Aust Post from interstate, so have idea why its so slow maybe end of week.
However there customer service is good and the web chat was very helpful.
Got exactly what I ordered so quite pleased regardless.

Same Day or Next Day delivery is not a service that Australia Post currently offers. You paid for express shipping and as per the shipping label that we shared with you via email - Petz Park dispatched this parcel as an express parcel. It's not like we charged you for a service that we didn't actually honour. We understand that your expectation was to receive your parcel the next day and decided that we issue you the shipping fees that you paid as a courtesy. As mentioned before, we are sad to see that although the shipping fees were refunded and we delivered on what we promised (sent your parcel via express shipping) you decided to only rate our service with 3-stars. Please keep us updated on how we go with the product. We'd love to know. Thank you for allowing us to help ❤️

I have an American Staffy and an…

I have an American Staffy and an English Staffy both 10 years old. They were struggling a bit to jump onto beds and our lounge after a month of Hip and Joint they have shown a significant difference.
