I made a claim (983968) on the 12th of Sept, i got the automatic email but then nothing, i followed up on the 18th of Sept but still have heard nothing back. I am just going to contact another compensation website, very disappointed on them, terrible service.

After I explained my case, SkyRefund immedeately accepted to help me and I was regurlarly kept informed on the progress. No hidden fees, no fuzz. I am delighted with their services. Alone, against Iberia, I would never have got my refund. They just ignore you in a shameful way.

After days of fighting with Aeromexico through their customer service (for a delayed flight that made us arrive the following day); they told us they could not help us with a refund. I asked for help through SkyRefund. It takes quite a lot of time but it's really so efficient and you don't have to do anything once you've sent your paperwork. VERY GRATEFUL for their work.

Was not sure to receive any compensation but it was really surprise to receive an email after just about 20 days that SkyRefund has successfully claimed my compensation for 2 passengers. Then after some days I received the compensation to my given bank account. Thank you very much for such prompt work🤗

They do reply to mail . But its been a couple of months and still saying to sit back and relax whats this?? The other passengers got the refund from another refund helping companies. Why its taking so long and delayed process almost 6 months now

Even though it took a while to have back the money and it was less that what I was expecting, SkyRefund has always been active with my claim, the service was always active and responsive, I've never been ignored and I've always been treated very kindly. They've been supportive and managed to obtain back at least a good part of my money.

Quick and easy to use, great communications, proactive updates from the Sky Refund team which I appreciated. When they told me they had won the compensation it was only a day or two for the money to land in my account, no issues. Only reason it's not 5 stars is the money I received was less than I expected in the end by about £30. Not sure why, but given I didn't have to lift a finger, it's still better than trying to claim the money back myself.
