Do not buy .. they lie .

How do these companies get away with it.. take money, Promise quick delivery and pretend they have new structure and delivery issues .. )check face book comments 2023 same answers it’s sep 2024)only two weeks late but trying to get hold of these guys is impossible.. you get AI ..
thank goodness it’s only a topper I now know not to get my mattress from them .. I hope you don’t make the same mistake.

I got my Emma mattress 5 months ago…

I got my Emma mattress 5 months ago now. At the start the delivery was delayed and the communication was very poor. It’s honestly like sleeping on a brick slab, I understand you have to mold into a bed over time but the amount of nights I’he woke up with my back killing me is ridiculous. Wouldn’t wish the lack of sleep on my worst enemy. Investing in a mattress topper now.

the temperature control of the pillow…

the temperature control of the pillow is not really useful and it can be harder

Can’t sleep with no bed Emma

I order a bed & mattress over a month ago and still haven’t received anything or have any idea when it’s coming. The delivery window has long passed, when you call their customer support team it’s clearly an outsourced company reading scripts (as it must happen a lot!) and they have no idea what’s actually going on. I’ve been told the courier has half of my bed but no one knows where the other half is or the mattress. Over a week since I complained but no updates have been given. Ive asked my credit card company to dispute the money I’ve paid as clearly Emma isn’t a reputable business. Avoid at all costs - go to Simba who guarantees next day delivery.

Oh and Gerald please don’t comment on this asking me to email you, I did that last week and you haven’t responded.

Best sleep ever!!

Best sleep ever!!! Why didn't I buy weighted blanket before? Being neurodivergent, the quality of sleep has increased tremendously!

I order the Luxe Sleep Emma

I order the Luxe Sleep Emma, which is a sofa-bed and I am extremely happy. I got it in a discount so that was definitely value for money. The packaging was also very protective. I received it in 2 working days in my place (I live in Amsterdam), which is extremely fast. I recommend 100%.

Uncomfortable and not worth…

The delivery system was helpful and quick. The mattress looks good however it’s not comfortable at all. It crumbles from its mid point therefore I get back pain every day in the morning. Not sure why this is happening but I’m trying new methods daily which hasn’t been any good. I’m curious if this is happening because I’ve selected the refurbished version. My friend suggested me this company and I regret my decision every day.

Great product - bad service

The storage deluxe boxspring bed with topper is fantastic. But the delivery times and service were not so pleasant. We had to wait ages, the dated stated online were not even updated at one moment, so we reached out several times (Instagram works best). Then the delivery guys weren't equipped/trained to build up the bed. Luckily it ended up to be quite simple and we managed it alone and have now pleasant dreams in the new bed.

My delivery was supposed to be…

My delivery was supposed to be delivered in 3-5 days.
It's now been 14 days, and I still don't have my delivery, and not sure when I'll get it

On time delivery & kept up to date via email

Ordered on the 28th December and was given a 3-6 week lead time and mattress has just been delivered on 19th Jan. I was kept up to date with delivery information, even an email apologising for delays which I did not feel like I had :) looking forward to getting my new mattress out over the weekend! Overall great experience so far with this company.

Comfortable mattress & beautiful bed

I have read various reviews about Emma, both good and bad and I have to say that I am very pleased with the purchase. I was a bit sceptical before buying, therefore I went to a physical store to try it out first. The mattress is medium soft - hence great for laying on a side and on a back. Both me and my partner sleep very well. We also bought the bed frame which is sturdy, made from quality wood, does not wobble at all and is beautiful! We jumped on the mothers day deal and got a very big deal. Make sure to use those coupons! If buying with a discount it is well worth it for sure.

nonstop issues

Nonstop delivery errors, order errors, customer service ignores you for days on end. Refunds are not being processed properly, promised pickup and delivery days either don’t happen because they can’t add the apartment number, or because they don’t plan it at all. In the meantime I’m taking time off to sit at home and get my bed.

It is not worth the trouble ordering at Emma.

The boxspring frame itself is cheap wood and not worth the cost at all.

More than happy

I bought a sleep bundle including a bedframe, mattress, pillows and duvet. Everything was delivered in 6 separate parcels with different couriers. One parcel was supposed to be delivered but it did not come. I called and emailed the helpdesk and they were very helpful and quickly checked and reissued the order for the last parcel. This resulted in me having received everything complete 2 weeks after placing the order (the expectation was 1-3 weeks). The EMMA system sends frequent updates on the parcels and tracking options, the helpdesk was really friendly and effective. And best of all, i am so happy with the bed, it looks beautiful (the black frame, wow!), the mattress is wonderful. I was also pleased with the price/quality ratio. When i ordered i was a bit worried because of some bad reviews re delivery and helpdesk responsiveness, but this is definitely not my experience.

Would not recommend

I would not advise ordering a bed from Emma Sleep for various reasons, the main one being: my bed was supposed to be delivered a few weeks ago. On the day itself, I was called by Dynalogic 10 minutes before delivery; the topper and mattress were both missing. The topper was delivered a few days later. It is unclear when the mattress will be delivered and so at the moment I (only) have an incomplete bed to sleep in (!). Customer service is unresponsive per e-mail. By phone, I could (only) be told that it is (completely) unclear when the mattress will be delivered. For the price Emma Sleep charges, I expected considerably better service.

The purchasing experience was good

The purchasing experience was good, and the delivery was faster than expected (on the confirmation).
Now a month after, I figured our that you need to sleep really in the center to prevent the mattress for deforming in the corners and giving you a backache.
Overall is a good experience.

Returning process needs lots of improvement

Buying the mattress and having it delivered was no problem but returning it? I contacted them within 60 days of getting the mattress and spent SEVEN WEEKS chasing them for the mattress to be picked up. Some of the customer service agents blatantly lied, promising a date of pick-up that never happened. After 7 weeks and a very angry email, someone finally decided to re-create the request and within a couple of days the mattress was picked up and I was refunded a few days later. If the last interaction had been the only one, I would've bought my next mattress with them but now I don't want to take any chances.

Forgive me Emma 🙃

In April I placed an order (full bundle) and after seeing the reviews here I ended up canceling the order.

I placed an order with another company, and I had a horrible delivery, customer service, and return experience, took me 9 weeks since I placed the order until the moment they arranged for a return.
I placed an order for a Premium Wolkenkussenset and Beddengoed Set Katoen just to test the experience with Emma-Sleep 😅 and it was super fast and the pillow was really comfy, I ended up placing more orders for another Premium Wolkenkussenset , and Hybrid Premium Matras, (another order will be placed soon 😁) and everything was delivered super fast compared to the previous experiences I had.
The mattress was delivered in just 5 days!!!! (I'm impressed 🙌), and it's super nice 😴💤.

For anyone who sees my review, don't let the bad reviews get into your head, I believe they have done things to give better experience to customers, so maybe try like me, start with something small 😆.

the worst order ever

the worst order ever

ordered in the store 2 diamond pillows but got 2 different types and one even had the wrong pillow in it.

In the store in Amsterdam they couldn't help at all and the customer service also had no clue. Then, there's no return form in there so I'm completely stuck with this nonsense. Never ordering again.
