In April I placed an order (full bundle) and after seeing the reviews here I ended up canceling the order.
I placed an order with another company, and I had a horrible delivery, customer service, and return experience, took me 9 weeks since I placed the order until the moment they arranged for a return.
I placed an order for a Premium Wolkenkussenset and Beddengoed Set Katoen just to test the experience with Emma-Sleep 😅 and it was super fast and the pillow was really comfy, I ended up placing more orders for another Premium Wolkenkussenset , and Hybrid Premium Matras, (another order will be placed soon 😁) and everything was delivered super fast compared to the previous experiences I had.
The mattress was delivered in just 5 days!!!! (I'm impressed 🙌), and it's super nice 😴💤.
For anyone who sees my review, don't let the bad reviews get into your head, I believe they have done things to give better experience to customers, so maybe try like me, start with something small 😆.
