Description:	qaac is a command line AAC/ALAC encoder frontend based on Apple encoder. Since 1.00, qaac directly uses CoreAudioToolbox.dll. Therefore, QuickTime installation is no more required. However, Apple Application Support is required. AAC-LC, AAC-HE, ALAC encoding are supported.
