Description:	Cut Assistant helps cutting video files (wmv, avi), for examaple to get rid of commercials within a TV recording. It is a windows graphical user interface (GUI) for asfbin and virtualdub. With these tools it can cut videos without re-encoding. Comes with a video player. Cuts can be saved in cutlists. Cutlists can be exchanged with other users over a cutlist server (www.cutlist.de). System requirements: WinXP, DirectX 9c or better, Codecs for your video files.
