What You'll Do
As a Solutions Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in our sales team, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate for our prospects. You'll be involved in every stage of the sales process, ensuring that all questions are answered and confidence in our solution resonates with customers.
Responsibilities Include
Being the subject matter expert, thoroughly understanding our product's benefits and features, and effectively communicating and selling them to customers.
Conducting in-depth discovery of customer processes and requirements to identify pain points and value drivers.
Collaborating with sales reps, marketing, customer success, and engineering teams to bring the right resources to every opportunity.
Developing and delivering product demonstrations and sales presentations that highlight key aspects of our solutions.
Providing answers to client questions about our product and technical aspects, ensuring clarity and confidence.
Problem-solving through every hurdle during the sales process, ensuring a smooth experience for our clients.
Researching the industry to stay informed about changes that may impact current and future sales.
Providing feedback for process or product improvements to the team and product management.
What'll Set You Up For Success
Experience working with sales teams and a solid understanding of the sales cycle.
Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to simplify and communicate complex subject matter effectively.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
A bachelor's degree is required, with experience in business or sales consultancy preferred.
Leave management expertise is highly desirable.
Willingness to travel when required.
