What's the Opportunity?

As a Senior Education Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission within an assigned territory. Your responsibilities will encompass identifying and cultivating new opportunities within the K-12 education sector. This includes establishing and nurturing relationships with various stakeholders such as parent groups, educators, school administrators, and district leaders. Your success will be measured by your ability to leverage your deep understanding of the local education landscape, including knowledge of curriculum frameworks, academic standards, and test-preparation methodologies. We offer a comprehensive range of academic, test preparation, and college consulting services tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

We are seeking a dynamic individual who possesses a blend of teaching expertise and sales acumen. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong aptitude for developing and implementing effective sales strategies while effectively communicating the unique value proposition. Flexibility and willingness to travel within the assigned territory are essential.

Requirements

What Are We Looking For?

Extensive teaching experience

Minimum 8 years of sales experience, preferably within the K-12 market

Exceptional communication, presentation, and writing skills

Proven track record in building and managing client relationships, with a focus on closing deals

Established network of key decision-makers within the education sector

Ability to represent conferences, speaking engagements, and industry events

Proficiency in utilizing technology and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hootsuite)

Strong project management skills with a results-oriented mindset

Experience leveraging social media for networking and marketing purposes

Passion for staying abreast of developments in education, technology, and social media trends

Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact, Mailchimp, and Canva

Flexible schedule and willingness to embrace challenges with enthusiasm

Extra Credit

Current educator or administrator background

Teaching certificate and state credentials

Advanced degrees (M.S. or Ph.D.) in education
