Regional Sales Director

Our client is seeking a motivated and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead their wholesale division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and team management, with a proven ability to drive growth and meet performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of remote sales associates.
• Ensure high levels of customer retention and satisfaction.
• Develop and execute short and long-term sales strategies and budget plans.
• Monitor and ensure the sales team meets and exceeds performance expectations.
• Develop market opportunities through pipeline management and incoming leads.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, distribution, and accounts receivable departments.
• Stay informed about industry trends and issues affecting the region.
• Utilize technology tools to create actionable sales activities.
• Analyze and evaluate opportunities to maximize company growth in revenue and profits.
• Provide coaching, training, and motivation to sales associates through individual sessions and weekly meetings.
• Conduct customer visits as needed.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of sales leadership experience. Ideally in wholesale, distribution, manufacturing, or similar industries.
• Experience in managing a sales team.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Experience in sales training and development.
• Proven track record of achieving sales growth.
• Ability to travel to various offices and customer locations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook; familiarity with Tableau is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
