Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Utilize tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and various job boards to source top-tier talent
• Work directly with executive leaders to understand and meet their recruitment needs and strategies
• Manage candidates through the entire interview process, from initial contact to the offer stage
• Collaborate with internal employees and oversee the internal mobility programs, ensuring seamless transitions and opportunities for growth

Recruiter Requirements:

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience is preferred
• Must have experience in recruiting CDL drivers
• Experience with ADP, Concord and Clear systems is highly preferred
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
