Model Home Representative

We are seeking a personable and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a New Construction Home Model Representative. In this part-time role, you will be the face of our new construction model home, responsible for welcoming prospective buyers and providing them with comprehensive information about our home models, community, and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective buyers as they visit the model home.
• Provide detailed information on various home models, features, and community amenities.
• Answer questions and address concerns from visitors.
• Assist with the sales process by providing information on pricing, availability, and purchasing options.
• Maintain the model home’s appearance and ensure it is always presentable.
• Gather contact information and follow up with potential buyers as needed.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales goals and objectives.
  
  

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Availability to work weekends is a must.
• Prior experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
