Harvey Nash USA has been engaged to find a talented Marketing Communications Project Manager for a Large benefit corporation and health plan company based out of CA.

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $40/hr to $50/hr on W2 (Depending on Experience).

Job Title: Marketing Communications Project Manager

Location: Remote from California

Duration: 6 - 12 Months Contract

Industry Preference- Healthcare, Health Plan, Insurance, Pharmacy and claims.

Key Skills:

• Project Management, delivery of content – 5 year minimum (Background- Communications governance, legal and compliance, privacy, regulatory is preferred)
• Microsoft Office Suite & Adobe
• Workfront, Sharepoint
• Data or Content analysis
• Pharmacy / Healthcare-Health Plan industry experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Managing all Pharmacy intake requests and coordination, review, approval, and delivery of content for the projects across both print and digital delivery channels.
• Working closely with Pharmacy communication vendor and other vendors; owning and managing relationship(s).
• Composing and formatting of customer communications (in conjunction with functional Subject Matter Experts).
• Aggregating updates from stakeholders, generating reports, dashboards, and high-level summaries for leadership teams.
• Will need to be articulate, able to facilitate meetings, embody strong written and verbal skills, have strong experience with Microsoft office suite, Adobe, and Project Management systems required.
• Workfront and SharePoint experience highly desired.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
