Prenuvo operates preventative screening clinics in Vancouver, Silicon Valley, Dallas, Boca Raton, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, New York City, Bethesda, Chicago, and Atlanta, with more clinics in North America and internationally in the next 2 years.

We are looking for a Clinical Operations Assistant to expand their skill sets and help establish Prenuvo as a pioneer in preventative healthcare. This is a rare opportunity in the field to step away from clinical practice and apply your training towards a revolutionary service. We are rapidly expanding and are looking for team members with the flexible mindsets and skills required to be a part of our mission! A clinical operations assistant at Prenuvo is typically responsible for providing administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of our healthcare facilities.

There are 3 available full-time positions for this role. The ideal candidate can be based out of any of our Prenuvo clinic locations. It will be hybrid, onsite and remote with scheduling from 6:30am - 7:45pm

What You'll Do



Administrative Support:

  • Assist in the coordination of daily clinical operations in the MRI clinic, ensuring efficient patient flow and adherence to schedules
  • Assist in the day to day requirements of releasing medical reports, scheduling NP calls, and other tasks as required
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, organizing documents, maintaining databases, and preparing reports

Patient Support:

  • Potential of working onsite to assist in preparing examination rooms, ensuring they are clean, well-stocked, and equipped with the necessary supplies and instruments
  • Assist patients in preparing for MRI scans, providing instructions, and addressing any questions or concerns
  • Collaborate with radiologists and technologists to ensure accurate and timely scheduling of MRI appointments
  • Analyzing reports for severity of findings to expedite follow up care
  • Will be required to have direct patient interactions to collect sensitive personal and medical history on behalf of the radiologist

Data Management:

  • Maintain patient records and documentation, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with relevant regulations and policies
  • Assist in the collection, organization, and maintenance of scans data, ensuring proper documentation and record keeping of study-related activities with accuracy and confidentiality

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Practice effective communication and collaboration among various stakeholders, including physicians, technicians, site staff, and other departments
  • Coordinate communication between patients, healthcare providers, and other clinic staff to facilitate effective and timely care delivery

Training and Support:

  • Assisting in the training of staff on work protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and relevant systems or software
  • Support the maintenance of imaging equipment, troubleshooting minor issues, and reporting any malfunctions or safety concerns
  • Adhere to all applicable safety, infection control, and privacy guidelines, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff

Continuous Development

  • Identifying areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement, proposing solutions, and assisting in their implementation

What You'll Bring



  • Proven experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a clinical or hospital environment
  • Familiarity with MRI procedures and terminology is required
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients, healthcare professionals, and other staff members
  • Detail-oriented approach and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other relevant software applications
  • Knowledge of medical ethics, confidentiality regulations, and infection control protocols
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements, such as Good Clinical Practice (GCP) or HIPAA, is essential to ensure adherence to protocols and protect patient confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Relevant Software and Systems: Google suite, Slack, Jira etc

Nice to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Life Science,Clinical Research, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Allied Health, Public Health, or related field
