Job Description

Advanced Hearing Group Scottsdale is seeking a motivated bilingual front office representative that is looking to grow in a fast paced environment. We are a private/family owned audiology practice that is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a motivated, quick learner that wants to grow and increase responsibilities through his/her tenure here.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (no Exceptions)

Bilingual in Spanish and English

Superior phone skills- needs to be able to professionally and clearly converse with patients, doctors and insurance groups.

2 years minimum in the same job within your job history in the past 5 years.

Type 45 words/minute

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

Adaptable to changes

Accepts constructive feedback/coachable.

Independent/ self-motivated

Preferred Skills

1+ year(s) of experience in a professional office

Responsibilities Will Include, But Not Limited To

Assisting with translations for the audiologists when necessary

Administrative duties including filing, faxing, data entry, answering multi-line phone system

Schedule and confirm appointments.

Set expectations with patients

Communicate with primary care doctor's offices
