Working with the Directors of Consumer Insights, the Associate Manager, Consumer Insights will help to drive the consumer insights agenda at MHUSA. This includes engaging and influencing the Moët Hennessy marketing and sales community with consumer insight that will drive the growth of our brands and business. Be a strategic partner for all business teams across goal setting, strategy development, brand performance management and growth opportunity identification needs. Foster a spirit of consumer-centricity and data-driven decision making across the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
Optimize and run consumer insights content on shared platforms such as Sharepoint site and global insights platform
Lead social listening campaign monitoring and tracking maintenance and distribution to key partners
Project lead primary research initiatives including brief writing, survey design, debrief design, scheduling debriefs, and handling follow-ups with key partners
Respond to collaborator intelligence requests by using and analyzing across multiple data sets (Qual, Quant, desktop research)
Facilitate exploration of new insights vendors
Reviews and monitors operating budgets often to ensure accuracy, including handling Consumer Insights budget and accounting duties (i.e. reconciling, MAPS, PO creation etc.)

Strong writing skills and verbal communications skills
Capable of optimally collaborating with cross-functional teams
Ability to juggle multiple priorities
Strong storytelling
Technically skilled including but not limited to Excel Proficiency, Word Proficiency, advanced Power Point; knowledge of other design platforms or software such as Canva or Adobe is a plus. Interested and able to learn new analytical tools and platforms with speed.
Education & Criteria
Required: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Preferred: MBA or master’s degree in progress or completed
3+ years of professional work experience
Desire to learn industry best practices and grow in an enterprise organization: Data analytics, consumer and shopper insights, brand strategy, social listening
